Huge shout out to the crew working evenings/graveyards at this location. Food is always fresh, fast, and specific to what we order (I am picky đ¤ˇââď¸, sometimes like When Harry Met Sally #iykyk) Also, specific shout to the Manager Jewell. She is always making sure orders are correct, food is fresh, and that customers have a pleasant experience. There is something to be said about service and precision when it comes to dining. If you want good, fresh, fast food, go THERE. (Especially if the Manager (Jewell) is working. Always gonna be spot on. Period. đâ¨ď¸đđŽ

took 2 hours for us to get our food in the drive thru not exaggerating by the way, but when we did they got our order COMPLETELY WRONG not even close to what we ordered, so we went in and they wouldnât even look at us, and when asked for the correct order she gave attitude, did not seem like they cleaned back there whatsoever, and the female working was throwing, and i mean THROWING the orders around, and then to top it off they forgot something in our correct order, moral of the story i do not recommend this tacobellđ

I don't know what's going on lately with these chimpsy tacos!! I got taco Supremes and it's all lettuce literally eight strands of cheese 4 tomatoes If they could've got away without putting the sour cream on the taco, I'm sure they would have!! I counted eight strands of cheese!!! You might as well just skipped the cheese altogether!! This has to stop!! First ,It was just a couple Taco Bells doing this and now it's like all of them are doing this!! How much truck driver and I eat at all the Taco Bell's up to five from LA to Washington, And this is the worst I've ever seen your tacos!

I walked in here, and I wanted 2 tacos and 2 soft tacos. They only gave me the soft tacos. When I let them know that I needed the 2 tacos, too. They decided to put something in them. I spent 6 hours puking up neon yellow liquids.

This taco bell is very hit and miss like most fast food, I usually go to this taco bell because it's close to my work and the prices at this tacobell are much better than the ones in Medford (CP Tacobell crunchwrap $4.89, Medford crunchwrap $5.99). I feel like during the day/lunch time they are on top of it, consistently good service, But at night, the service Sucksss. At night, it's worth paying extra and getting food in Medford.

The guy working the front counter was so rude. The people made my friendâs order wrong and so she asked the guy at the counter if they could remake it and he was really rude about it.
