Worst experience I have ever had. They messed up my whole 20 dollar order. And I had no ride back to replace it. I ordered 3 fiver layer burritos grilled with chipotle sauce. I got them not grilled no sauce falling apart. And mainly just beans barley any cheese sauce. And sour cream. Also got the NEW chessy steak l. Got like 3 pieaces of steak in each on. And soggy rice. And cheesy sauce ask for them grilled. And they didn’t do it. Way to ruin mine and my kids night 👍

Only thing I changed on order was no lettuce, no beans, add rice to everything ... Well what do I get ...... Employees that's can't can't follow directions and low and behold my food had 0 meat on any of it. It's not that hard to read and make accordingly.... Absolutely ridiculous....

Insane experience at 2 AM

I went to Taco Bell at 2 AM to get some food. I ordered a meal without a drink and paid an extra 50 cents for a cup separately. When I started filling it with Sprite, a crazy manager suddenly attacked me. She was filthy, reaching out her hands toward me, snatched the cup from my hands, and accused me of stealing Sprite. Then she started threatening to call the police.

She kept yelling and pressuring me in the middle of the night until I finally left. But it didn’t stop there—she ran outside and started taking pictures of my truck’s license plate.

I strongly urge Taco Bell to raise wages by a couple of dollars and hire people who don’t have mental health issues. And the manager who was working that night should be replaced. If this continues, you’ll lose all your customers.

You need to get your employees in check and make sure that they are stable enough to be at work and not start crying over the fact that they are having a bad day with someone at the window. I asked for no lettuce on my taco and Riley at the window started freaking out and crying and then slammed the window shut. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Control your emotions before having your face out to the public.

This place is redicilous. Have to wait 20 mins just for few burritos. They all just milking it and chatting is like nothing there. Huge line of ppl waiting for food. They need to fire everyone and replace them with ppl that want to work. And the whole sitting area is just a big mess here no one cleaning the floor or the tables.
