Food cross-contaminationUsually a local Taco Bell fan. First time at this location.I know the bean & cheese burritos are a mild spice, but whoever rolled up these burritos had been handling jalapenos.It's specifically two spots on the edge of each of these burritos that has that jalapeno oil. Presumably where they gripped it to roll it.(To clarify, I special order these without their jalapeno nacho sauce they often use)It's not a nightmare, just irritating since my system is sensitive to the stuff.Not as bad as the time at Weiner Schnitzel where someone who rolled cookie dough balls for my cookie dough sundae has been handling jalapenos ?

The people are okay most of the time though they have to much of a wait during peak times leaving it impossible to have lunch for work with a time schedule and having to get back to work in time almost impossible unless you work immediately near by

The old women who work there think they are the owners, you ask them for more bags of sauce and they make you some money as if it would cost them an old painted wera to webo with glasses, she thinks she is the owner there because she doesn't speak Spanish and has the nopalote in forehead

I'm a very picky person,I don't like going into a fast food where there are 6 employees and the counter where the food is prepared is a mess dirty and if that's not bad enough I seen one of them that helped wipe her nose with her hand and continued to prepare the food the guy at the counter said may I help you I said well I request the counter be wiped down before you fix my food and that girl better not go any where near my food when he asked why I told him he was very cocky and said mam were to busy to wipe the counter down I said well there are Others just standing around with doing nothing and there is one in the drive threw so your not that busy. He continue to dispute and argue as the girl in the back was laughing I said who is your manager? He said I am I said that's funny your name tags that you first had on did not state that, he had no comment and wanted to take my order I said well if your the manager I suggest you get this staff and place in order with that I turned around and went elsewhere.

i don’t normally leave bad reviews, and i go here all the time (i even worked at this location) but i had plastic in my mexican pizza and multiple burritos made incorrectly. the service was very nice, everything was labeled and friendly staff but almost every time i go to this taco bell at least one thing is either missing or made incorrectly. the plastic in the food was the last straw for me

Worst customer service I have seen. They were hooting and hollering about their drive thru service. Not paying attention to the quality of their food. I ordered chicken tacos and there was beef in there. When I came back to tell them of the error. They were dumb founded.Took forever to get a refund for one taco. They should have offered something for their mistake, but I was so turned off I won't be returning there.

I come here every work day, and I get the same order (Cheesy Double Beef Burrito). The portion size has just been getting smaller and smaller; to the point today I got 2 of the double beef burritos, both of them were just floppy, they were really just tortillas with a little rice and cheese, they didn't even have any beef, red-chips or beans.The Taco bell in White City is a lot better
I visited on the night of new year and ordered food because everything else was closed. I had a pretty large order and they forgot to give me my mexican pizza. I mean I paid nearly 120 dollars and you forget my mexican pizza. But besides that, pretty good. Ill change my review to 5 stars if I can get my mexican pizza that I paid for. my boyfriend and i come to this location about once a week for our cheat meal and quite literally EVERY time we go they forget something. sometimes it’s the nacho cheese sometimes it’s an entire chalupa. most of the time they can’t make the order right, i can’t eat tomatoes and they’ll put tomatoes after i asked for them off, or they wont add steak that we paid extra to have. just so tired of dealing with this every single time. it can’t be hard to read a screen and make an order correctly but whoever they hire obviously can’t do it. will be going to a different location from now on.

Went thru drive-thru tonight & the guy working the drive-thru was not friendly at all. Also, I got a strawberry lemonade with my meal & it's more like strawberry water. Not impressed!!
