Zen Zen Sushi and Teriyaki

Worst service in southern Oregon. Waitress and manager were extremely rude. Refused to correct the dish that was brought out wrong annd then charged full price for the plate that was untouched. They said they couldn’t fix it because they were too busy, there was one other table occupied at the time. Avoid this place if you want to go home happy and satisfied.

Absolutely terrible service on their part! I went in and was content with my glass of wine and appetizers but when it came time to order my food, I ordered yokisoba noodles plain, I said just the noodles. No meat no veggies. She brings my plate out full of veggies and some type of Meat, I said excuse me but I didn’t order it that way, I said I ordered my food just noodles. She grabs my plate and walks off. Comes back a min later and sets it down and said I’m sorry we don’t have time to remake your food we’re too busy. (Mind you there’s only one other couple in there) I said ok that’s fine then please take it back I don’t want that. Fast forward to the bill, they have a charge for half the price on my bill. I left exact change for all the things I actually ordered and ate and told her I will not pay for a meal that I, not only did not order but that I did not eat! So she leaves to talk to the “manager” and comes back with my check without that on it and said none of you are allowed back here! Ok fine great thanks. I’m disappointed in how they handled a situation that they messed up. I just wanted the food ordered. Simple. So now I’ll be sure to eat everyone know how rude they are!

What a great experience dining here last night. Customer service and Product knowledge about their food and menu was incredible. We were acknowledged seated and waited on promptly. The food was excellent fresh and priced really well overall a wonderful experience and a great value highly recommended

Stellar sushi place for a date night that won’t break the bank. Avoid the Ashland food tax and get amazing quality sushi, tempura, and plenty more.

Its gooder

Since when is Yakisoba served with bare naked noodles? It was like they bought a pack of plain noodles from the Asian grocery store, opened it, tossed a few veggies and 4 TINY shrimps on it and called it good. The one tiny cup of teriyaki sauce didn't help! The shrimp wasn't seasoned and it was overcooked. I didn't eat it; I would call and ask for a refund if they weren't closed! I should've gone to Best Teriyaki! SMH!

Stopped in for lunch. I tried the spicy chicken dish. Great dish overall. I wouldn't mind a little more heat but that's just me. Great char on the chicken. Great vegetables!

I was pleased with the amount and quality of traditional Japanese food. The price was incredibly good for the quality. This great little downtown restaurant will be on our regular go to list for our lunches.

Central Point is very lucky to have Zen Zen. A true gem. I ordered plate after plate, enjoying each one. My favorite roll so far is the Caterpillar roll which is made with freshwater Eel and was outstanding.

I was treated like royalty.

The prices were nominal, and absolutely worth every penny.

We came to dine in for a birthday celebration. It was myself 2 other adults and a 4 year old. Took an hour to get our food, and my bento bowl was cold. The sushi rolls were ok. We came, we saw and we won't be back unfortunately.

Got the chicken yakisoba, and the bento special. Both had horribly dry chicken and felt like we were eating bones, it was so hard and dry.

Best sushi I've had. We went with a group and they were still super prompt and helpful. Super kind people and really good food.
