Traveled all the way from Florida. Service was excellent. Food is nice and fresh. Clean environment. However, there was only one employee working the counter. Lunch rush hit and the other employee there was taking break. Ignored the rush and left the other employee to deal with at least 25-30 sandwiches alone. She did an incredible job. She deserves a raise. The other employee, terrible look for the company. Hire someone who will help when needed. Completely avoided the lunch rush. He could’ve taken a break 10 minutes later and helped out. How shameful. She was awesome, props to her!

This place usually is super super slow, don't get a Subway sandwich there unless you have plenty of time!
I've stopped there several times: early in the morning, midday or evening, even if there's nobody in front of me, they are still really slow to make a sandwich I don't know why.

I am vegetarian not changing glove even I ask I need vegi sandwich and lady is very ruad with onether sikh customer he is also vegetarian also stor manager said this is pilot subway thay know their job.

This place so frickin slow I know it's truck stop but if you are in time crunch don't even bother Subway on the pilot in Klamath falls they do accept the subway coupons They don't honor the subway coupons because it's different owner
