Worst customer service experience of my life. We were berated, screamed at and cursed at by the cashier… in front of my children and other restaurant patrons. She started out with an attitude, eye rolling, slamming things down, making obviously sighing sounds, throwing her hands in the air when they made a mistake on the order. The guy who made the mistake crumpled up the sandwich and walked off the line when we mentioned the error. When I asked for a manager due to the females attitude, she began screaming and cursing… at me and then at her manager once he came running from the back. I stop here multiple times per week during my commute and I will never give them another dollar. Horrible experience.

Stopped here on our trip. The employees were friendly and made our sandwiches well. Veggies were good and not wilty like we’ve experienced at other Subways. The young man was doing a great job keeping up with the long line that developed. If we come back through we will be back to this place for sandwiches!

Place is a joke. I was waiting for about 10 minutes. I left the line came back. Waited for about another 10 minutes. There was only one couple purchasing. After ten minutes, one guy looks up and says we'll be right with you... bs.. I left, 3 other people left too. Wednesday night

Traveled all the way from Florida. Service was excellent. Food is nice and fresh. Clean environment. However, there was only one employee working the counter. Lunch rush hit and the other employee there was taking break. Ignored the rush and left the other employee to deal with at least 25-30 sandwiches alone. She did an incredible job. She deserves a raise. The other employee, terrible look for the company. Hire someone who will help when needed. Completely avoided the lunch rush. He could’ve taken a break 10 minutes later and helped out. How shameful. She was awesome, props to her!

I've stopped there several times: early in the morning, midday or evening, even if there's nobody in front of me, they are still really slow to make a sandwich I don't know why.
