The blue corn tortilla tacos were decent, with a lot of choices for toppings. There was also pizza to order and fried chicken at the same location

This place is within a store but has decent seating space as well. Ordered Blu Taco and customized to veggie option. Variety of veggies along with rice and beans. They had all the sauces from mild to hot. I would highly recommend this place for both taste, freshness, and value for money!The servers were very accomodative in taking care of our veggie customizations.
Vegetarian options: Blu Taco can be customized to the vegetarian version. They added lots of veggies. :)

As name says they serve blue color tacos which is different. It was cheap and really good. The orginal price is 6.99$ for 3 tacos but as ours was just veggie taco they charged us only $5. Staff is really polite and generous.Worth quick stop for lunch/dinner if you are around and looking for a place to eat

Surprisingly, good blue tacos. We placed an order for veggie taco, and they gave a discount because of it. Staff was very helpful, and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend this place for vegetarians as well.
Vegetarian options: Order blue 3 tacos with no meat for 5 dollars.
This is located inside Crater Junction Travel Center. They also have Champ's Chicken and Hangman 54 Pizza. opens at 6am for breakfast and closes at 8pm.Breakfast is 6-10 then it's lunch and dinner. Very friendly service and clean.
