Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a convenient location for our visit to Crater Lake. Not fancy but perfect for what we were looking for. Definitely recommend.

$230/night in season for a basic motel - best I can say is room appeared clean. Restaurant is closed and breakfast is really nothing - a tired small area with coffee and a couple of bagels. Was a last resort booking in a remote area and that’s really all it is.

Outrageous price for what you get. Tiny room, uncomfortable bed. The restaurant was closed and there was no food nearby. The “breakfast” was a joke. We got there pretty early and they only had several slices of bread and little jams and peanut butter packages. That’s it. Oh and ONE packet of instant oatmeal. I feel annoyed just thinking about the experience.

If you're looking for fancy this probably isn't the place. If you enjoy quaint, cozy, and comfortable in a convenient location this place is great! The room was clean and actually much bigger than expected. We really liked that we could park right in front of our door. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave and the TV is HUGE. We loved that our room even had a table and two chairs for a proper dinner. While dated, we really enjoyed the almost themed vibe of our room. We would definitely stay here again.

Basic motel. Pro: They had the Turner Classic Movies channel! Con: It wasn't until AFTER I booked a room that they sent me emails saying the restaurant is closed due to renovations, and they aren't offering a free breakfast due to COVID. It didn't say either of these things on their website.

Restaurant has been closed for over a year, no ice, no pop machines, no phone in room, DIVE, Let's party's happen till you go complain, we would gotten better sleep in our car.... Pass on by you will thank me later!!!

Rooms are mediocre at best but could have looked past it had the walls not been paper thin. The room next to us was up all hours of the night and could hear every word said along with the tv and them setting off there car alarm a couple feet from our room window. Called the office and they said im trying to sleep and hung up the phone. Right off hwy and can hear ever vehicle as it drives by. The cafe is also closed and has been for some time according to the owner.

Felt very unsafe as the receptionist seemes high when we were checking in. Couldn't even understand what she was saying and if not for the cleaning lady helping her out we will not be able to check in. No restaurant as advertised in hotels.com. Will not go back

Covid concerns shut down a nearby hotel and this one was on the top of their alternative list and very close. Price was reasonable. Management personable. Got 2 rooms, each with 2 queens, and all 9 people got a good night sleep and good bathroom facilities. Old building but very well maintained. Wood paneling walls and everything cleaned well. Slightly strong febreeze scent at first but couldn't tell after a few minutes. Coffee offered at office at 7 AM. Small staff working hard; if the night manager looks a bit haggard when you arrive late realize he's probably coming in early there next day (all freshened up). About as close to crater lake as you can stay. Did not try restaurant.
