Went in to order, looked very understaffed but wasn't even acknowledged being there. Waited around 5 minutes without a word from anyone before walking out.

Our hotel was down the street when we arrived we were just looking for some fast food to take back to our hotel eat and go to bed but when we ate the food it tasted like it sat under a warmer all day and all 3 of us got food poisoning projectile vomited all night would not recommend coming to this a&w/kfc. The people were nice and location is ok but again something wrong with their food.

This is my very first time trying out A&W, it’s combined with a KFC. I decided to just try from the A&W. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and pretty much empty, which meant we got our food fast. Once the food arrived, I had the burger. The burger was way better then I was expecting. The fries were KFC fries, but still delicious. I would love to come here again. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had.

It's sad, because A&W/KFC used to be so good, but now the service is very unfriendly, unsanitary bathrooms,tables and surfaces. The food was given to us cold and it was NOT rush hour

Fast food sucks in general but this was top 3 worse. So bad I felt like I need to write a review. Food held way past hold times. Root beer floats practically melted when they were handed to me. I’m not even asking for perfect but with nobody in the drive thru or lobby I was rushed and food was garbage. It’s really my fault tho fast food is what it is

As a person who has eaten A&W back when it was good, I find the current reality to be heartbreaking each time I make the mistake of eating here.The burgers bear no resemblance to the once great teen burger. And don't get me started on KFC chicken: total trash.

Uh what? No root beer? The burger was trash and the conie dog was worse. I was at an a and w just a few months ago and the food was nothing like this garbage. Also I literally came here for a root beer float, well they're out of root beer. What's the point.

Got your typical KFC/Dairy Queen aesthetic, but with burgers that genuinely taste good. I mean, the burgers aren't the best I've ever had, but definitely better than you'd expect when first looking at the menu. Only thing I'd probably count as a negative is that they didn't have any vegetarian options for my girlfriend. Not that it's their fault necessarily, but we did almost consider leaving until I agreed to door dash her something she could eat.

The food is a joke! I ordered two large chili fries and the box was a KFC box and it was tiny. It’s not worth $5. $8 for a burger and it’s thrown together, chili dogs are sloppy. Won’t be going back there!
