This place feels like a morgue—completely lifeless. Coming from someone who’s had bad luck with food before, I have to say this is some of the worst I’ve had. The food is as bland as plain salt, with no flavor, no power—just boring. Don’t waste your money here. Go to Chipotle or Dave’s Hot Chicken next door instead.
I paid $20, and it’s the worst $20 I’ve ever spent. On top of that, the customer service was not just rude—it was downright embarrassing. The place isn’t clean either; there’s dirt everywhere. Save yourself the disappointment and just go somewhere else.

Stay focused Change things in simple terms and conditions healthy tips . Becareful of overall of ride stay in Fresh way but loved by name Restaurant Building. Highly recommended for Change our hearts. Thank you so hard it was, only good or bad habits . Showing Calories and Ingredients Change or Choose aged taste first before added , depending on yes but don't give up and you so greatly appreciate you good Gifted so much . Don't never gave up only Change and Search your own choice heart . Wonderful thing make sure go to Church

I have always loved eating at Baja Fresh. Their menu has never disappointed me. This particular establishment has become my favorite, as the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Each item on their menu has been great, and at my last visit, I tried their wahoo bowl 🥣 which has now become my favorite! I do not always finish my meal at the restaurant, but I also love leftovers. The Wahoo bowl tastes like it did fresh from the grill after being microwaved, which is a huge plus for me. I highly recommend eating at Baja Fresh! 😊

Stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me for way too long. Walked out becuase they knew I was standing there. There was nobody else being helped. The 3 employees were just conversating. Made eye contact with two of them before I left. They didn't seem to care.

Had a lunch catered by B.Fresh and it was amazing. On time, received everything including special instructions on a couple items. My go to for small catered luncheons. Highly recommend.

I eat at this location about twice a month. The food is usually good but not consistent in quality and taste! There is a male cashier who is borderline rude to me when he takes my order and never inquires about entering my phone number for reward points! When I asked to enter my phone number he acts like it's a hassle for him! I ate here today and the mild tomato salsa looked like it was coated with slim! I will continue to eat at this location when I'm in Clackamas but given a choice, I would eat at the Gresham location every time because it a much more inviting experience and they make me feel like a valued customer instead of a hassle! I hope this review helps this location evolve into a better restaurant!

I got a baja bowl with shrimp. While the grilled shrimp was tasty, the rice and beans weren't very flavorful. The bowl was 90% rice and beans too. 🥴 I'll give it a few more shots for different dishes though!

“Absolutely loved the Steak Fajitas bowl! The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The beans and rice were seasoned just right, complementing the dish well. Service was super fast, which made it perfect for a quick dinner , and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Also delicious sweet corn!!A great spot for delicious, no-fuss meals. Will definitely be back!”

Doesn’t start making doordash orders until the dasher arrives which is NOT how it’s supposed to go and a huge waste of time as a dasher. Also made me fill the customers drink which is not my job and also weird because I wouldn’t want the dasher doing that if I ordered food.

I like Baja Fresh and the fact that they strive to make fresh food fast. The steak burritos were great and eaten quickly. The fish in the fish tacos was dry and sort of wooden, not something to go back for.
