I got the chili lime salad with shrimp. I was pleased to find a small bag of chips and so glad I grabbed a salsa! The salad was so fresh, flavorful, and filling. It's been hard for me to find a good salad to order while eating out. My family got burritos but I was able to get an amazing salad that did not disappoint at all! It's rare that I find something I don't want to try to make better at home. When the flavors are on point you just know. The restaurant was clean, the staff was all very friendly, no pressure just happy to help, and very helpful. I can't wait to go back! Thank you so much!!

Always friendly and caring. I come to Oregon from Arizona to see family. Baja Fresh is one of the #1 places I go to when I am visiting. We eat a lot of foods at different restaurants while traveling. Baja Fresh has the best Burrito in the Portland Vancouver area!

Baja Fresh is always solid, but what really makes it stand out is the manager. He’s hilarious, super friendly, and makes the whole place feel welcoming. The food is fresh and hits the spot every time. Honestly, the only thing I wish they had was tequila to go with it. The Mango Salsa Hits EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

As a huge fan of Baja Fresh back in the 90's when they had a dozen stores, I'm always disappointed at how the food quality has gone down with their growth and ownership changes. It's still good. It just used to be fantastic!

My favorite lunch in Clackamas county!
I always get 2 tacos, with incredibly fresh salsas. Since they have 6 available, I get mild mango on one of chicken tacos. The other taco I always get hot Baja, which is super savory! On my free tortilla chips, I put fresh tomato from the pico de gallo and lime with cilantro on top. So basically 5 out of the 6 offerings from the salsa bar, I enjoy every visit.
And of course wash it all down with an icy cold Coca-Cola every time.
The manager Gustavo is the best manager. I’ve met in a really long time. He is such a good representative of the sunny-dispositioned owner who is a sweetheart. Together, they are an essential part of this Clackamas town center community! The service is fast, with a friendly smile and they always give me exactly what I order.
My tummy is happy in happy valley.
