Would be 5 stars if you’d let me tip your employees any amount! Paid $3ish for a scoop with my debit card & tried to tip $2 but their system wouldn’t let me, said the tip amount was “too high.” Your employees tonight were friendly & gave us exceptional service, despite it being close to their closing time. Wonderful positive energy from them, but I didn’t have any cash & your system wouldn’t let me tip them properly. Let us tip them any amount please!!On...

I think it's pretty ridiculous that they charged one extra dollar for whipped cream and one extra dollar for extra caramel in my milkshake that's a little over-the-top if you ask me
