Took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru with 4 cars ahead to me. When I received my what was supposed to be frozen fuel it was no longer frozen. They handed me a melted drink… I’ll never return. Horrible.

Wow! They literally ignore you at the walk up window!!! I stood in the rain and watched 15 cars get served, then there was nobody in line at all, and they still looked at me, and ignored me! I will never goto this black rock again. Its a shame, they used to have great friendly staff.
Go right down the road to The Human Bean. They are friendly, have great coffee, and actually care about their customers.

We recently moved here from Vermont in April, and we discovered this wonderful chain. I have been very excited about the food, drinks and service. I started working in Clackamas OR and this location is really close to my work. It was outstanding service until about 2 weeks ago. I like to order a Bagel and I ask them to put the cream cheese on it, because i'm in dress clothes for work and it makes a mess. I also tip them because they go out of their way. The last 3 times (2 weeks) They have refused to accomadate my request. so I take the bagel off my order completely.I finally gave up going. I miss the 2 summer girls who didnt bat an eye, however they are gone for the winter. I just jump over to Panera or Mcdonalds now. Neither as good, but I don't have time to do 2 stops. I feel like this is a very minor request, for the loss of money in supporting them. . Today I went through to only ask for a bagel, giving them one more chance. I now sent a letter to Corporate, but unsure if that will go anywhere. Not an outgoing staff

one of the worst coffee locations around - if its a traning center they need to let people know that.. so we know our orders are going to be wrong 95% of the time. we have a full office that goes there and we cant count how many times we have to just deal with the fact that our orders almost always wrong. it to the point when you have them fix the order that they still mess it up and you just have to deal with it couse you cant wait anylonger... you really need to work on the traning there.

Ordered a tea latte. Charged me $4.50 and gave me a 10 cent tea bag in scalding hot water with a splash of milk. Will never return.

I have been a long time customer. I have spent hundreds of dollars at Black rock coffee. Recently they change their loyalty program, and have cheated me out of all of my loyalty points. I am outraged. They should be ashamed. Unless they fix this. They will lose mine and all my friends and families business.
