Pleasantly surprised! Unlike other fast food establishments, which in the USA are ordinary eateries, the quality and taste of the food at Burger King turned out to be just like in Europe and Ukraine! I had no complaints about the atmosphere or quality of service. During my visit there were no smells other than the smell of food and there were no homeless people.
But KFC in the USA was a big disappointment. In Ukraine this is a restaurant, but here it sucks with disgusting cooking and quality of food.

It is amazing to me what a mile and a half can do for customer service. This Burger King was quick and attentive and actually understood how to use their own systems. Was aware of what was on their menu and was incredibly sweet and capable. The lady working the counter was one of the sweetest people I have met in a while in a drive-thru. I will continue to go to this Burger King every time.

Came in Wednesday evening 7/24 and it was great service Made a milkshake that was better than a frosty the onion rings were hot and my jalapeno burger was the best ever and looked like a tv commercial I want to know those guys schedule great job

The fries were too salty, although I did appreciate the worker at the counter making them fresh for me as apposed to the pile of old ones that were there. The burger was pretty good, although, I can't remember what kind I got lmao !!!
I'm a man yet at the drive-thru they called me ma'am. I explained to the lady that I was a man that I was born male that I would always be male and she just kind of had a flippant attitude about it. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the manager the manager refused to speak to me and the assistant manager just blew me off and slammed the window shut. I reached out to Burger King corporation and they said they would forward it onto the franchise holder but I haven't heard anything from any of them.
