They filled my bag of ice way less than I usually get elsewhere and they gave me way less fries than I usually get but they did remember napkins and there was a young kind gentleman that helped me really quick despite him being very busy.

Montese the head manager, Montease is too sensitive to be working there. This superficial clown made up stories about me that weren't true and wasn't willing to explain himself.
This guy is way too sensitive and gets his feelings hurt too easily. I honestly can't believe this person made it up this high in the ranks.
He literally told me to leave just because I tried to go around him to find other statements from other staff members, and he felt his authority was disrespected. I'm not even joking about that. Of course he refused to admit to that...
We eat at Chick-fil-A quite a bit we ate at the Portland restaurant it was delicious the Jacksonville restaurant in North Carolina is horrible. It don't compare to the New Bern restaurant

I like just about everything about Chick-fil-A, just a couple minor complaints which are hardly worth mentioning; The dips or sauces that you are given to go with your meal do not open easily, four out of four partially tore the top and so there's no dipping to be done so we were left with having to shake or pour out of a fairly small hole in the foil topping. Also the Chick-fil-A we visited did not have outdoor seating which is always nice when the weather is nice! Our chicken sandwiches were superb and the waffle fries perfect, and the young man serving us very professional however! 👍
