The logistics operation they have set up here at this restaurant is incredible. This location is incredibly busy almost all the time, and you'll still not be waiting all that long to get the chicken you crave.

Would be 5/5 but was given a bunch of "waffle" crumbs for my fries.. nothing but over baked crunchy pieces that are hardly palatable. Not sure why these would be included with a sale of waffle fries.

At 8pm on November 20th I felt extremely bad when I arrived here. The staffs joked around while working and kept me waiting for a long time. The staff gave priority to their friends getting their food before me even though they arrived after me. I had to come myself and ask where my food was. I think this branch manager needs to retrain the store's staff.

this location is good but it is not great compared to other chic fil A’s. the chicken is often too thick . The biggest bother for me is that there are many fruit flies in the dining area. I have dined in several times but will no longer dine in due to the fruit flies. It tells the customer the cleaning standards are not up to par. Its especially gross when no other chic fil a location has this issue. Staff are nice and respectful.

The food and service here is a hit or miss. You could get the best customer service ever seen in fast food or feel like you are back at McDonalds in a bad neighborhood. Same with food. Sometimes i do feel like it is a hit wanting to go back for round 2. Some days I tell myself i’ll steer clear for awhile especially the way they skimp out on portions that you dont get much to begin with. For the most part, its your average fast food joint that is always busy.

Probably the worse Chick-fil-A I've been to. And as a traveler, I've been to quite a few.
Cashier counter was dirty. Needs a good wipe down. Then when I stepped aside to wait for my order, the floor was sticky and the condiment area was dirty as well.
Only 2 cashiers when I entered, then 1 went on break and the other was delivering orders. No one bothered to say, "We'll, be right with you shortly" or something. Other places do.
No, thank you for waiting or thank you for coming in. ?
One person in a black shirt did ask me if I needed help as I was waiting.
When I I got back to my hotel, 10mins later. My fried were cold.

I stopped by this morning, on the way to work, thinking I would grab a quick chicken sandwich to go. It is supposed to be fast food, after all.
I was in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes!
While waiting, I decided that I didn't want the food and declined to pay.
The entire idea behind the concept of "fast food" is that it's fast. There isn't a single item in their menu that is worth a 30-minute wait.

Parking: I found it difficult to find parking. There were a lot of cars. The parking lot is shared with Red Robin. The drive-thru line adds to the issue for parking.

Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for kods.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access available in front of restaurant.
