We got there for a business meeting at 5:00 on a Monday, 11 days after Christmas, and it was dead. our server, Mandy was helpful and attentive without being intrusive, and the food was top-notch; I had the chicken pot pie, it's the best anywhere, and a wedge salad. I've had a wedge in a lot of restaurants, it's one of my favorites, but this wedge was exquisite—I don't know where they get their lettuce, but wow!
Always a nice time here. Good service good food.

The New York strip steak was PHENOMENAL! Second best steak of my life two times in a row only surpassed by El Goucho. That isn't an insult in any way. Truly top tier. I Was happy to spend that much on a steak for my grandma. She has been dying for a good steak and I got it for her for Christmas.

We waited for over an hour for our food and when it did finally arrive, it was barely warm. One of our meals, the tri-tip, was actually raw, not rare, RAW! It was also such a lousy piece of meat that it could not be cut with a steak knife. The waitress noticed that the meat was raw and offered to have it actually cooked, which she did, but it was still inedible as it could not be cut. They took the tri-tip off of the bill, but really the whole meal was a huge disappointment making it really hard to pay for. We will never go back.
We had reservations at 5:15 on Christmas Eve, and got sat pretty quickly. We were sat in the lounge and had our 6 year old with us, which was extremely odd to us. It was also right by the front doors and was really cold every time the door open so we had to wear our jackets the whole time. It took some time for our waiter to take our order. After ordering we waited about an hour and a half and I had to go up to the bar and ask if they could check to see how long our food was going to be. She never came to let us know, wow! Our waiter finally came over and told us that the restaurant wasn't used to being this busy and that he was watching for our food. He finally came out with our food but only half of my husbands, all of our food was cold so it obviously sat made for some time. We ended up just leaving after waiting for almost 2 hours for cold food. Extremely disappointed and definitely won't be returning. If the restaurant wasn't used to being busy then they probably should have not been open or at least stopped seating people. I'm positive we weren't the only ones let down this night.
SOOOOOO MANY OPTIONS! my steak was a little under cooked but it had great taste. My server was kind and attentive. She was busy but made sure we felt taken care of by refilling our water/lemonade before having to ask!

3 of the 4 of us enjoyed their meals. The fish tacos were not up to par. Fishy and mushy...
Ordered a Lobster BLT. I specifically asked if it is a decent amount of bacon. I'm daydreaming of quality nice thick bacon, then
I was told, not quite sure but it has crunch. So how would you know one but not the other? I said it's not the paper thin BK bacon?, was told nope. IT WAS! As a matter if fact it looked like it was paper thin broken pieces spread on the sandwich and I never really identified any lobster! To be fair the birthday cake for my family member was huge and amazing and waiter did thank my family member for their service, which wS appreciated. He gave us a 10% discount-thank you! Just work on that Lobster BLT please.

We had a reservation at 6pm and got there a little early and they were setting walk ins ahead of us. Then they seated us in the Bar and not the dinning room. The server didn't know what he was doing. After we ordered it took forever to get our drinks and food
Made reservations way in advance for a party of 11. Since it was Thanksgiving I figured we maybe seated a little later however the reservation was at 5:45 and unbeknownst to me they closed at 6:00. We were seated after 6:00. I knew they would be busy. We almost didn't get our appetizer we had to ask. Right after we received it the food started to come. 6 of the meals were served 15 minutes later the rest of our order came. The food was cold and the potatoes were hard. Again, I understand it's Thanksgiving and it was busy and I feel bad for the employees but it seemed like they did not want us there. I put in the comments there was a birthday and nothing was never mentioned. Very disappointing for me and my family, probably never be back.

Very busy but service was great. Server was positive and cheerful even though she was constantly on the go
We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner this week at Claim Jumper. This was our first time ever going here and I won't hesitate to try it again some time. I made reservations back in September and I'm glad I did as it was packed!! As a matter of fact, they were running 30 minutes behind for our 3pm reservation, but I won't fault them for that as service was excellent after we were seated in the Bar. Our server was excellent, I think his name was Brian, or Bryant?, but even with how busy they were he was still friendly, fast to take our orders, was apologetic that my cocktail was taking so long. But food came out rather quickly, and was nice and hot. I was really pleased with the quality of the dinner and portions were such that leftovers were a given. Much better then some of the higher end restaurants and buffets were have tried in the past.
We had an early reservation which was great as there weren't a lot of people there when we were. Originally it was going to be myself and my two daughters. One daughter had to cancel but I ordered her the same dinner that I had- "The Feast". Our experience at the restaurant was good and the food came quickly. I was a bit surprised that the apple pie was served cold and without whip cream or ice cream. My daughter said the pumpkin pie was pretty heavily spiced. Overall though the food was good. BUT when I got home and opened the to go meal, they did not put in any prime rib, just ham and turkey! My daughter that could come was looking forward to the prime rib. I paid full price and should have gotten the full meal. Since we were there very early in the day, I'm sure they had not run out of it and the waitress never mentioned it. Very disappointed.
Chicken pot pie was nothing but over salted mushroom pie. Not what it used to be on ANY level! Since they sold to new owners, they obviously didn't include the original pot pie recipe! The sauce was also grey from All The nasty mushrooms!! Chx fried steak was like a hard hockey puck. Service was nice but HATE being called hon or honey, sweetie or doll from the server who is incredibly younger! I may only be 67 and few others in the group older, but seriously. Stop with the sugar talk. It is a huge turn off.
Great food and like that it is quiet even when they are busy. ONly downside was that they were short of wait staff.
