Went into Coco's for the first time and I'll likely return! Service is nice, the guy ahead of me was a regular and they remembered him, an excellent sign! The place is clean and the mochi donuts have an excellent texture. My kid got the hot chocolate and loved how rich it was. I got a cinnamon mocha and I highly recommend it.

Good simple donuts- they have real custard in the Boston creams. Great lattes- real foam, not just warm milk.
Great mochi donuts and coffee

Went 7/5- best staff ever working there.
Neighborhood favorite with sweet service and sweet treats.)
This Coco Donuts location is my neighborhood spot, just a leisurely 15-minute walk from home. My son and I have been here dozens of times over the past year, especially more recently since we intentionally weaned off Starbucks, and honestly, no regrets.
Service is always friendly, which adds to the charm. My go-to is their sugar-coated classic donut: simple, nostalgic, and hard to beat. That said, they tend to sell out of the classics quickly, so if you're a fan like me, go early or prepare for disappointment.
I'm not personally into the mochi-style donuts; I prefer mine airy, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth soft. But to be fair, my son and friend love them, especially the raspberry and lemon mochi flavors.
My son also enjoys their Vietnamese coffee, especially with white chocolate as a replacement for condensed milk, his new favorite alternative to his usual Starbucks order.
As for me, their standard coffee beans are a bit zesty and citrusy, which doesn't quite suit my taste, but others might appreciate that brighter profile.
Still, Coco Donuts is a solid neighborhood gem: local, dependable, and sweet in all the right ways.

I was surprised that they did not have decaffeinated coffee ...

No customer service from the staff, very rude interaction. No signs for the donuts explaining flavor or price. Staff did not speak unless spoken to and had issues trying to even get the correct order. Donuts were average, nothing special.

I'm from out of town and stopped in and the atmosphere was amazing. The barista was amazing helping me pick a coffee cuz I was indecisive. Love the atmosphere. Love how it feels in there. Very cozy and very clean. 10 out of 10 recommend . Even scored me a coffee cup 😁

I love their donuts. Mochi donuts are spot on. My only gripe is that all their donuts sell out really quick and then they close.

Good donut. Better than most neighborhood donut shops but not great and for the Price is they are charging it should be GOD tier. Almost $30 for the most basic dozen then if you want a mochi or anything special it jumps up from there it’s a $10 product for a $30 STARTING cost

I’ve been to this location a few times now and there’s a lot to like BUT... The coffee is great, donuts are fine (don’t really live up to the Portland level hype), but the seating feels a little like hostile architecture. On the wood benches there’s a lip at the top that digs into your back. I can’t take it for more than 10min and I leave in pain. I rarely write negative comments but the pain in my back compels me to share this to warn other coffee+donut shop nomads. They have WiFi but no bathroom (at least they said they didn’t when I was there) I want chains like this to succeed but I don’t understand how an owner allows this kind of thing to slide.

This place is just oozing bougie. All of their money clearly went into branding because I saw little quality elsewhere.
I walked in and immediately felt unwelcome as the gal who served me had zero customer service and was just wanting the interaction to be over asap. $14 for a half-dozen of well-made but mediocre doughnuts is bonkers. $5 for a tiny cup of extremely bitter coffee with flavorless cold foam, too. $19, and I had to be the one to say, "Have a great day," to no response?
Go to any Mexican bakery on 82nd, and you'll spend half the money for twice the product, quality, and service.
