Nothing bad to say about the workers or cookie quality. They are sold out quite often though like right now seriously all the good cookies are sold out so not even placing an order. Not sure if it’s because of the holidays or what but seems to always be at least one good one not available. Pride is a bit steep as well.

I don't leave bad reviews I tried to talk to the store or the person who I thought did not meet my standards. This time I emailed the store directly through the website and nobody ever responded after one month so I contacted the corporate and let them know what had happened. Basically we went in there for my daughter's birthday and it was 8:00 at night on a Saturday and there weren't any options for cookies. There were no full size cookies in any of the seasonal flavors and we had to get a mini size six pack. And they were undercooked and none of the flavors were what we wanted anyway. When all was said and done the customer service was a zero rating or not getting back to me to this day. I run my own business because that is not the way that you treat a customer.

I mean the cookies are good but the staff are clearly over worked and very clearly understaffed they need more people working there also some of the employees are very friendly but others are very rude
