Nothing bad to say about the workers or cookie quality. They are sold out quite often though like right now seriously all the good cookies are sold out so not even placing an order. Not sure if it’s because of the holidays or what but seems to always be at least one good one not available. Pride is a bit steep as well.
I mean the cookies are good but the staff are clearly over worked and very clearly understaffed they need more people working there also some of the employees are very friendly but others are very rude
This location is always welcoming with staff smiles and giggles from guests. They are very high volume here so I would recommend ordering on the app. I love the app. It’s user friendly. Displays the cookies of the week in app with a little more detail. Plus you can earn crumble points to receive free or discounted items. Love this place. It’s become a birthday tradition.
