1000/10! First time customer. This place was recommended by some of my coworkers. I placed an online order for shipping. There unfortunately was an issue with shipping and the package ended up lost. This business went above and beyond to make it right! Thank you Susie!!! We waited to see if USPS just didn't scan it, this happens alot :) Susie personally repackaged my order and even sent some extra goodies and a sweet note. The tea is wonderful! Ordered lots of the Chai varieties. Can't wait to order more of the gift sets for the holidays. Also one of the few places I've found that has rock sugar! Many thank yous! 😊 looking forward to my next order.
