We have been going to Deans off and on for years. This is the first time we have been there since they sold and have new owners. All the staff is new [ that should have been the first clue and we didn't have to wait for a seat ] We sat down and the server was very nice and was working hard. However it took a lot longer for food than before and they were not crowded. Then we got our omelets nothing like they were before! Mine was only half what I got before and my wife's...
My wife and I ate lunch here during our recent trip to the area. It is located in an industrial area inside an old craftsman style house. There is off-street, free parking, and seating inside and outside. (Seating availability may be a little tight if they have a crowd.) Their menu is fairly basic offering breakfast and lunch dishes, and it is obvious that this place is popular with locals. All of our food items came as ordered with huge portions and the service was good overall....
Eggs, blueberry and regular pancakes, hash browns, coffee all excellent! Prices are reasonable. Servers are very friendly and accommodating, but breakfast service was quite slow even at 10:30!
