Always open and not in too terrible of a spot to get a quick pick-me-up. Flavors are on par and their app is very informative if you've a food/drink sensitivity. The chocolate covered bean is always a nice treat.
Dietary restrictions: Their app has very easy to use (for me) options to help know what is free of common allergens.
Meh... They used to have a good reward program but everything is just overpriced sugary drinks and sub-par foods. reply: Hi 👋🏼 i already been apart of the rewards program for years up to now. sometimes I do crave human bean but the overpriced items and lack of incentive on the rewards makes it not worth it. discounts on certain days or surprise rewards to ppl who have been going for years would improve the human bean experience. I still have the old punch cards that were easier to redeem and the app.

Asked for a cold brew with the Mexican mocha flavors. I heard her say Mexican mocha americano, and I told her no, I asked for a cold brew, not espresso shots. She told me it tasted better this way and that's how she wanted to do it. I told her, "That's not what I asked you to make me. Can you make me what I wanted, not what you want to make? I'm caffeine sensitive." She cut me off and told me cold brew had more caffeine in it with an attitude before I could tell her this drink would last me all day and I prefer the taste of cold brew when I take it out of the fridge over espresso shots. Sorry, I have my own preferences. Then she dumped everything out, got the cold brew, and just dumped it over some ice and only gave me half a cup and topped the other half with cold foam. She didn't add any of the flavors, chocolate, and cinnamon, just my cold foam, and handed it to me with an attitude for asking for what I wanted. I didn't have the energy to argue with her that she had just given me cold brew with no flavors in it and a large cup half full of foam. She was just super rude.
