Went in for one sandwich and it seriously took 30 minutes with one other person in line. 6 people working but DoorDash and Grubhub orders are filled before walk in apparently. Regular size sandwich was tasty but for the price, not great. Overall bad experience. A lot of better sandwiches for better prices elsewhere.

Thank goodness I used my card that texts me after each charge and I notice it states I spent $18 when in fact I only spent $15.. I call the store and they claim that it says I only paid $13 (I left a $1.50 tip). Not cool to charge people card more than what it states on the register and receipt. The guy said he’d refund it if it doesn’t

Best damn subs by far

Disappointing visit. I had to specify 3 times that I didn't want mayo, I never got the pepperoncinis I requested and even though I asked that my sandwich not be cut in half, it was. When it was time to pay, they refused to take cash and I had to use a debit card.

Three of us split a Turkey, Ham and bacon with provolone Club Sub. We got the giant size and they cut it into four sections. $18.99. The service was very friendly and they were up for putting all the different veggies, juice and spreads on the sandwich.

I recommend getting the cherry pepper spread on most of their sandwiches. And the oil and vinegar (plus oregano seasoning) adds a yummy extra touch to any sandwich with shredded lettuce. And their Big Kahuna beef cheesesteak is excellent! Recommended!

Staff was very unfriendly.

They didn’t make my order right and sent me out before I could open the wrapper and was the wrong sub. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Not even going to get it fixed because they had no patience for me

First time ever ever had this happen

Staff is so rude here. The one woman working the register was unpleasant and I hope I don’t see her again. Do not order on the app at this location. It’s never ready at the time stated. It’s usually ready 10-15 minutes after the app says it will be. You will show up 20 minutes later and they won’t have even started on your order. Might as well just show up and wait in line. Takes as long then it does ordering ahead.

The young employees here need proper training on when to wash their hands and remove gloves. I was very concerned to see staff handling food, then touching money and the computer screen. They would then return to make sandwiches without washing their hands. Additionally, they cleaned the counter with a wet rag and touched the sandwiches again afterward. I love Jersey Mike’s, and I would hate to stop coming because of this issue. I hope the manager addresses and corrects this situation. (The cashier should not be wearing gloves).

Almost $20 a sub is ridiculous. This must be a franchise because it’s disgustingly over priced.
