Staff is so rude here. The one woman working the register was unpleasant and I hope I don’t see her again. Do not order on the app at this location. It’s never ready at the time stated. It’s usually ready 10-15 minutes after the app says it will be. You will show up 20 minutes later and they won’t have even started on your order. Might as well just show up and wait in line. Takes as long then it does ordering ahead.

The young employees here need proper training on when to wash their hands and remove gloves. I was very concerned to see staff handling food, then touching money and the computer screen. They would then return to make sandwiches without washing their hands. Additionally, they cleaned the counter with a wet rag and touched the sandwiches again afterward. I love Jersey Mike’s, and I would hate to stop coming because of this issue. I hope the manager addresses and corrects this situation. (The cashier should not be wearing gloves).

Grilled subs get least priority, and are very slow, I understand grilling them takes longer than the cold but I came through when no one was in the resturant. I ordered, paid, got my chips, got my drink, sat down, then I heard the meat hit the grill. That's just lazy. They used to be fast to compete with jimmy jons speed. Still a goof sub tho.

Service is very slow. I ordered thru mobile app and I was coming fr Ridgefield and ordered here because it was close to home. I still had to wait another 30-40 minutes. Wow.
I am sure your staff could do better on this. Other than that, I still like your subs

Obviously prices are ridiculous. But every time I go there you have absolute beginners making and wrapping the sandwiches. Today was no exception. There was a line of over 15 people and the girl making them was the slowest I've ever seen. And the other gal who was only assisting and wrapping them was on another planet. She had to be told 2 to 3 times every time what to do. I ordered extra mayonnaise and she just kept pushing it on even though I told her 5 times that that was enough. Very disappointing

Store is FILTHY, just a few examples, there was a thick layer of dust on the guard over the food and random slices of meat just tossed in uncovered into the meat case. Staff was friendly though.

Personally a super disappointing experience from this location. I ordered 2 subs. One of them was wrong. The staff was rude and blatantly ignored customer phone calls due to “it being a holiday”.

Pretty good, but the rosemary parm bread is often stale. And it can take forever as the staff don't seem to communicate or prioritize in store orders over online.

My sandwich was so sloppy and poorly made I literally took it back in and said it wasn't mine because it didn't look like any of the right ingredients were there. They said "no the tomatoes are here on the bottom". This is supposed to be their basic "chicken bacon ranch" sandwich with no changes except adding grilled onions that I dont think I even got. The guy who took my order was great. I don't know what happened between then and giving me this mess.

Just ordered through GrubHub. My chipotle cheesesteak arrived with no onions, peppers, and chipotle sauce. How does a cook F up that bad, I made zero adjustments to this item and got an entirely different item.
