Very rude I asked to add cheddar cheese to my sandwich and the lady told me no because it only goes to a smoked cheddar bourbon sandwich and asked me if that’s what I wanted instead. If you have cheddar cheese I can add it to my sandwich like that makes no sense I added provolone and paid extra for that and I don’t even want that cheese. if im paying for cheese I can get that if I want too. Tell your employees that they can make your sandwich how you want it. So rude. Over cheese I can’t believe it.

The free smells were great but the taste of the turkey tom was amazing.
Kid-friendliness: Booths great for a family of 4 no kids activity's but great place to eat with the kids.
I placed a large team order and they had it ready before I arrived. Every sandwich (25+) was correct. These guys rock! I’ll be back again.

WORST PLACE EVER. He took my order and everything was great. I got the wrong sandwich completely and when I asked him for the right sandwich he asked me to read him what the menu says because he didn't know. The bread was dry and my sandwich had almost nothing in it after adding additional toppings and not taking anything off. The only good thing is the cleanliness. The chairs are so unstable that I sat on one and it almost broke. I'm plus sized but not huge.

Parking: There are about 4 or 5 parking spots. There is, however, a huge parking lot all around you. You'll see
Fast service, tasty sandwich, clean store, good music playing, and helpful staff.Front door needs a closing arm. It slams shut everytime someone enters and leaves.
Parking: Plenty of parking, it's in a strip mall. That's probably why the employee with a red convertible mustang parks right in front of the door.
Wheelchair accessibility: What can I tell you? My wheelchair fit through the front door. They have a lower table for wheelchair and kids.

I had pre-ordered a large pickup catering platter. Unfortunately, someone came in before me and claimed it - I can only imagine the stress of having to remake 10 sandwiches and losing out on an order like that. It took them less than 15 minutes to remake the whole thing while helping other customers. THANK YOU to this Jimmy J’s team <3
