We ordered an online order tonight.
When we got our order home and unwrapped it turns out that what we had ordered and what was in the bag were two different things.
I ordered a classic Italian#9, cut in half not toasted. What I got was a classic Italian toasted and uncut. The second sandwich we were charged for was a Tom turkey#4 but when we unwrapped it, it was Tuna. This is the second time we ordered turkey and got Tuna.
Maybe Jersey Mikes will be our next sandwich order

I genuinely wish this were an exaggeration, but it’s not—the sandwich I had was hands-down the worst I’ve ever eaten. I ordered a regular #12 with peppers, and while the staff were incredibly friendly and quick (props to them), the bread was so hard it was practically fossilized. Completely inedible. I ended up regretting not choosing Subway instead, which says a lot.

Order a $25 sandwich and you guys forget pickles. Seriously? What a joke.Bootlegger add avocado, add bacon, add ham, and added pickles and end up getting pickled with no pickles. Embarrassing.

I LOVE Jimmy John's bread. My favorite sandwhich is a Hunters Club. I ordered ahead on the app and the sandwhich was just being finished as I drove up. It was delicious.

i ordered a beach club on garlic and herb bread and toasted and cut in half. they didn’t give me the right bread or cut my sandwich or toast it. the “avocado” spread was under the cheese. i’ve never ordered jimmy johns before and i’m disappointed in this location
Got a unwich and a red velvet cookie. 🥪 🍪 🥠 And both were lovely but not 15$ worth. Haha, i hadn't been to a Jimmy John's in like 8 years and I don't remember it being so expensive. I had signed up for their rewards but couldn't find my number this time. it's cool, food was good 👍🏼 and without the bread, it was more fresh tasting.
