I go and order three large root beer floats with extra ice cream and whipped cream topped with a cherry on top. It's always delicious. Food is great corn dog nuggets are my favorite.

I ordered a 16-piece chicken for a pickup and I only got 15 pieces. I noticed it when I got home. I wouldn’t order any meals with quite a number pieces anymore as I didn’t want to go through the hassle of counting the pieces there. Very disappointing.

Our bill was $10.40 we gave them $20.50 The girl couldn't figure out how to make change and when we asked for the manager, the manager told us that she'd already put the money in the cash register and that was the way it was going to be. We were getting $9.85 back, she gave the $.50 back, so it was totally off, but the manager was very very rude to us. Said We were going to take it the way it was and like it basically I've never in my years and I was a food service, general manager for many many years never been treated like this she should be reprimanded if not Fired or speaking to customers that way, we will never come back!! RS

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at your KFC 10185 SE Sunnyside rd Clackamas restaurant on Nov 3rd 11:33am. I ordered a 5-piece chicken combo meal, but when I received my order, I noticed there were only 4 pieces. I approached a young lady at the counter to ask for assistance, but she informed me that she wasn't the manager and couldn't handle it. The manager on duty overheard my concern, but rather than coming to assist, she indicated she was busy and didn't address me directly. I waited a long time at the counter holding the incomplete order, expecting the manager would eventually come over to resolve the issue. When she finally approached, she simply used the tongs to add one more piece of chicken to my order, without any acknowledgment of the delay or my concerns. I was left feeling unvalued and frustrated by both the delay and the lack of customer service. As a loyal KFC customer, I expect a higher level of service, especially from management staff. I hope you can address this with the team to ensure a more respectful and attentive experience for customers in the future.

Not very hot. Cherry bites are nasty af looking and have hair coming out of it. My soda was only filled 3/4 of the way. Unfriendly. And the manager was just starring weirdly.

Absolutely disgusting! There was so much oil left on the food, and made it all taste gross. The burger had so much mayo, it was like soggy. It was absolutely disgusting. Go anywhere else, literally

Everything was pretty good except for the for the price 12 piece chicken meal $50 way too much money.
Terrible customer service, how is it possible that in the middle of 2024 there will be staff with a bad temper, the chicken is all greasy and not at all crunchy and the tables are all dirty. BEWARE I only had this bad experience in this KFC location

9/18/24: I ordered KFC food online at 5:38 PM take out. KFC's confirmation email said the order would be ready at 6:01. We stopped by to pick up our food and at the same time ordered shakes and onion rings from A&W which this facility shares space with. The order was very late. Picked up About 6:45 PM! Shakes are now melted and onion rings are dead cold. The order was also screwed up. We waited about 40 minutes from the time the confirmation order ready time. This should have not happened KFC.

Send my adult daughter to get dinner. They gave her the wrong food. Then couldn't answer the phone. She had other things to do and I don't have a car. Feel bad for the person who got my food cuz way different. There's was yukky.

Who doesn't absolutely love A&W -AND- KFC combined into one restaurant!!! I think the only downfall is trying to decide which one you are going to have each time you go!!!
