Our chicken was tough and chewy instead of tender and juicy. Meal was not worth what I spent. Over thirty six dollars. KFC has always been a favorite for my family. Today was very disappointing.

They gave me the wrong Dr. Pepper flavor. Food was sitting under the heat lamp for 45 minutes even though I arrived early for scheduled pickup. They would not answer the phone and there was no place on their app to register a complaint.

The mobile app descriptions make it tedious when placing your order. Mobile app pricing differs from in-store pricing. Store staff is pleasant and helpful. Food quality is great. The pricing is insane, but that's the stuff of corporate greed and the all too willing consumer to bear the weight of KFCs overpriced product line.

Great food but terrible communication at the drive thru, gave us the wrong order multiple times. Said A4, gave us 4 chicken strips instead of the double cheeseburger.

Honestly I haven’t had KFC since I was a little kid, but I drive for uber eats and pickup at a lot of restaurants. This KFC is the cleanest kitchen I have ever seen. The staff are so friendly and kind. The food looks better than most other places in Portland. As a chicken restaurant right by Dave’s Hot and Chick fil a the competition is fierce. They may take a little longer than other locations but I’m honestly excited to try the food there. This place is a treasure among places that prioritize speed over the experience and quality.

If I could give zero stars I would, one of their drive-thru workers -- I believe is unfortunately the manager, she's extremely bitter and passive-aggressive. Not responding as you're ordering through the drive-thru speaker, so you have no idea if she's hearing you; and when you try to confirm if she's hearing you, you get a nasty attitude. She cuts you off while speaking/ordering, and then gets mad and snatches the food from you when you tell her the order is incorrect. Then, she loves to slam the window in your face before you leave with your food. 😊 AND THEN--- (this behavior issue with her has happened countless times and this was the final straw) you finally call to report her behavior, and the person answering says they're a manager with their best customer service voice on, but I could tell it was her. She pretended she was an outsider to the situation but I knew it was her on the phone. We'll see how much nicer she is next time we go, IF we go back.

Wrong order, there was wrapper trash in my bag from another order? Spilled ranch in my bag too and when I asked for the correct order, they couldn't take back the bag and said to leave. Worst experience in fast food ever lol.
Sandwich was good, but fries tasted like they had been sitting out all day, soda was definitely sitting out all day because all the ice had melted in it. Was a room temperature, watered down mountain dew. Not coming back
