In the drive thru on Monday November 25th between 10:15am and 10:30am, I witnessed an employee taking a drink of a McCafe beverage with their mouth touching the rim of the beverage to sip an excess off the top. Was this drink intended for them? Was it for a customer? Our eyes met for a moment when this happened, and it took me a minute to realize what was happening, but there is no denying what I saw. She put her mouth to a beverage and as I was pulling away, it seemed like that beverage got a lid and she was standing there with a straw ready to pass it off. Now, I sure as heck know that that employee has a food handlers card. This is egregious and wrong, and the owners of this place need to be looking into the cameras to see who this was and they need to be fired. This is public health and safety at stake. There is no excuse for this behavior at all. She is endangering others.

Ordered on GrubHub this morning. It took them 40 minutes and after the driver being there for 10 to realize they were out of Egg McMuffins first thing in the morning. What a joke. Thanks for wasting my time. I see it still let's you order them on uber eats, grub hub, and door dash. So I guess they don't mind screwing over anybody else in the mood for a snack, too.

Started my shift on the ambulance and had some time to grab a coffee and breakfast before being dispatched to a call. Came at 06:15, doors were locked, rang the doorbell and knocked on the window, what I would assume to be the manager came over and opened the window and started screaming at us and said that we needed to wait when there was another customer inside, we told her the ambulance doesn’t fit in the drive through can we come in and she said she didn’t care and locked the window and went back behind the counter.

Went to this McDonalds today. There were 8 people in drive thru. Kids decided to just go in. After 20 minutes and all the cars cleared for drive thru plus many more I went in. No one came to help finally with my order time stamped from kiosk it was 23 minutes fir happy meal, chicken sandwich and drink. The lead turned around food was right on the counter so put in. a bad made the mcflurry real fast. Asked to speak to manager and was told ok. Waited 10 minutes and finally the lead walked by and I asked if manager was coming and said Oh he is not here!! The food was cold from the 20 minute wait It was dirty in there and needless to say a terrible experience

I go to this McDonald’s every weekend I order hotcakes, and every time I go here the hotcakes are ice cold the butter is frozen and the syrup is refrigerated so as you can imagine that does not make a good meal. I normally don’t complain, but with the high prices and over a year of growing here and always having cold hot cakes something needs to change
