My adult kids and I love their soup, salad, and bread sticks! 😍 But their pasta and other entrees are really bland, so we avoid those.

Very weird experience with car/pick up order tonight. Was late and had wrong name and then had to almost argue with person bringing out drinks that he also had my food in his hand but he was convinced he had someone else’s food because they still had wrong name even tho I told 3 different people by that time of the wrong name they had. And it wasn’t even close to the right name either. Didn’t even sound like a close name. And they weren’t exactly packed busy tonight either. Just weird all the way around and the manager was almost borderline rude about the whole thing too saying I was early to pick up my order when I told them when I placed the order I was only about 10min away and they said no problem then would “expedite” it and then it was 10min later than even they quoted me and the “manager” claimed it would be ready after they “fixed” my name issue which they obviously didn’t fix. Won’t be back

This is one of three places my mom remembers in her dementia. My family has been going to this chain for at least 30 years. Thank you for such good memories.

It gets a bit crowded during peak meal times... but it's still offers delicious food and the servers and wait staff are nice, diligent and accommodating.

Ben was absolutely amazing! We came in Monday night and he gave us the best service we’ve ever had at Olive Garden. He was super polite, incredibly fast, and never once stopped checking on us or making sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive without being overbearing and truly went above and beyond the entire time. Outstanding service like his makes all the difference—thank you, Ben!

let me start off with the food being great. However, our server maddy/maddie, was extremely unpleasant to be served by. We got sat and had to wait around 20min to get attended to for just water and since we had already been waiting a while we decided to just order all at once. Everything was fine up until the point we were leaving, her entire demeanor was not comforting or kind, so our tip reflected exactly what we felt the treatment was, as anyone would. As we were walking out, we over heard our server talking amongst her co workers about the tip we left her rolling her eyes, she saw us walk by and immediately made it known she was referring to us. This is probably the most unsettling and unprofessional experience I have ever had from a server. I am frightened by how openly rude she was and feel this doesn’t reflect the lovely memories I’ve had at Olive Garden.

Recently service and quality of the food has been a hit or miss (empty drinks, not enough bread sticks, sauce amount, temperature, ECT). However, it is always as expected; Olive Garden.

We ate dinner here and what a great meal. Even better was our waitress, Jessie. She was super attentive and very kind and great attitude. We even got extra attention from another great waitress Maddie. Got kind of a weird vibe from the manager, tho. He had a very curt mannerism and he kinda made us feel uncomfortable.

The food was pretty good, but our server, Aaeya, was amazing! She was so nice and cool, she made it a very good and pleasant experience!
