Olive Garden – Clackamas

This location has been my worst Olive Garden experience. The food lacked freshness and flavor, and the service was slow and inattentive. I’ve enjoyed other Olive Garden restaurants, but this one fell far below the standard. I hope management makes improvements

Absolutely amazing service from Danhia! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and we truly appreciated the lovely surprise cake it made our day extra special. Danhia went above and beyond, and we’ll definitely be recommending this place to others. My daughter and I come in weekly. First time I came in I ordered the all you can eat soup and salad, and the waitress at the time said that I can just get a extra plate and share with my daughter because she doesn't eat much. This time Gemma was my waiter and said we cannot do that, and raised a big stink about it. Went to talk to the manager and said they would do it this one time and next time we came in we cannot. I spoke to the manager and she said that it is against their corporate policy. Then how come I've been allowed to do over a year, and even in the lake Oswego location has done it as well. Normally after my meal I order more meal to go and tip around 30%. Not this time. Left a 0% tip and will not be going back to this location.

Ask to sit with Chelsea. My brother and I had lunch there today and I know I had to be a nightmare for her, even though I tried to be as nice as possible about it. I had a picky order due to medical reasons, and Chelsea went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was fantastic and I look forward to sitting in her section again when my diet isn't as restricted as it is right now.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in several years because it just seems to be like a place to go with other people. Recently I got to go. Everything I remembered that I loved about the Olive Garden was still there; the salad, the soup, and the selection of pasta and it was all great. they also have done something very creative with a $6 take home pasta bowl so not only can you take home your leftovers, you can also take home an extra pasta dish for just $6. I was able to get four meals for the price of one and a half. Living alone and on a limited income that was a huge deal to me. Thanks for thinking of the old people!
