My friend, her baby and I came in to get seated and it was fairly busy. We waited patiently as the hostesses seemed busy. Not a single greeting when we came in, but we thought they were just busy. After a while with 0 people waiting except us and the waiters and hostesses just talking to themselves, I went up to ask how long the wait would look like for two people. The hostess gave me a single glance when I walked up and said "Hi" and then went back to fixing her nails.. But she answered perfectly fine when two other gentlemen came in asking the same question I had. I don't really get upset with customer service as I work in that department myself, but I was really offended today. The food has always been great, but I'm really disappointed that we were treated like annoying bugs. It's not the first time there's been attitude either. Definitely won't be visiting anytime soon when there's another pasta place right across the road where we were greeted with smiles!

They have a wonderful Alfredo sauce, the simple steak was tender and full of flavor. You always enjoy the neverending salad and bread sticks. It might be a chain restaurant, but everything is always consistent and tasty.

They had no olives . It's called olive garden but the salad did not have any olives for like three months!

I called to place a to go order over the phone, I understand it was closer to closing at 9:30 PM when they close at 10:00 PM. I just wanted to make it easier on the staff by placing it ahead of time and coming to pick it up. They put me on hold to the take out line and hung up on me. I called back and they answered saying thanks for calling Olive Garden you know better, we don’t take orders past 9:30 on the phone, whatever that means? So I said if I were to come In I could place it and they said yes. So I came in and placed the order by 9:45. There were a few young girl workers in the lobby gossiping and all talking to a young guy in the lobby that was clearly not a worker so I don’t know if they were trying to put on a show for him or what. Olive Garden do better with hiring your staff, these people who are customer facing and working directly with customers can make or break an establishment, the customer service was atrocious.

Restaurant was busy but my waiter Cedar (forgive me if spelled wrong) he was good and very attentive, food was hot and fresh and the ice tea was fresh too. He has great customer service skills. The manager is very involved and yes manager there was a beeping coming from the first dining room. I always enjoy coming here.
Want to say THANK YOU for being able to accommodate our party of 16 at the last moment.(after a funeral)The food was very good & our servers Emily & ?(forgot name) were EXCELLENT!!They took VERY GOOD care of us. I was pleased with how smooth it went.

Italian food is very simple to make at home. Bread, pasta, olive oil, sauce, and salad lol. We walked in and were seated in a strange configuration of chairs which on top of this section of seating, kids were screaming and extremely loud. So we asked if we could have a booth and the lady (she was polite) said we’d have to wait about ten minutes. We walked out and got Pho. Might give this place another chance as long as I don’t have to hear a bunch of screaming kids and maybe give the four of us a booth.
