This used to be my favorite Papa John’s location. My toddler is very specific about what he likes and the location used to nail it every time.
Now, things have gone down hill and they seem to be setting orders to “ready for pickup”, long before they’re ready. I don’t know if it’s to lie and claim they knock orders out super fast, or just laziness, not wanting to use the service as it’s meant, but it’s always ready, when it’s not, actually.
The amount of air bubbles on the pizza is something like an issue too, as I’ve said my toddler is picky. Extra sauce means nothing to whoever is making the pizzas as of late, too.
I’d pick a different location, but they’re far and few along my routes.
I hate to complain, however it just keeps happening, so I feel it’s necessary to say something.

Delivery and they completely stiffed me on all the condiments/parmesan/seasoning that they make you pay a dollar each. it’s disappointing the restaurants don’t have these items complementary anymore. Even more disappointing that people can’t add the items that are paid for in your delivery.

Spend $32.00 and this is what you get .... A couple toppings of meat over the whole pizza, but large amounts of cheese and onions. The crust was as soft as their work ethics. I work across at Kaiser and this is what we get. Nothing like a whole slice of onions and cheese for 60% of the pizza. It's almost like going to Philly to get the philly, then getting robbed without the philly, and while getting the other philly experience of getting robbed again! So worth the value! Can't wait to come back again soon. The only thing worth value is the crust.

The lady who handed me my pizza grabbed the pepperoncinis with her bare hand (not even by the stem) after touching all sorts of dirty stuff including the phone. Grossed me out, and that peppers are one of my favorite parts about Papa John's.

Pizza is great, usually ready in 10-15 minutes for carryout. Delivery takes along time. Highly recommend trying this place.
Online order a large pizza, make sure you use the deal. $9.99 for a large 1 topping.
Fast food, low-carb options are hard to find. I was really excited to try the keto bowl here. I got the vegetarian one because, well, look at that! The website makes it look delicious, right?
I was starving, and thrilled when we got home. Aroma 10/10. But I was totally bummed to open the box and see…this.
I realize food shrinks when you cook it, but I was still expecting more than this. Looks wise, it kinda reminds me of those cheap Banquet freezer meals. Amount of food 2/10.
But the flavor was incredible, (for each of the 3 bites it took to finish it.)

The worst location. Staff is disrespectful and rude. Location is dirty and unkept. Unacceptable music blaring from the back. Feels like a bunch of miscreants run the place. I would be disappointed if I was this company and saw how it was running. Staff needs an overhaul.
