Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I wish I could give them a zero. Terrible place to eat. They messed up on our order. As in gave it to someone else. No sorry, just what did you order again. Ill put the order in right now. We try to get a refund. She doesnt know how to do it. So I leave. Then we call them back to get a refund and guess what they have our order.. Mangers are terrible and no one knows what their doing.

Got here 1pm and left just before 3 oclock on our lunch break. Train wreck of service, food, and lack of any kind of urgency. The fries were cold food runner couldnt run away fast enough. Refills on drinks asked for multiable times with zero urgency. Not all food was served until asked if was coming soon. It wasnt busy and two table sat 20 min after us and left 30 to 40min before us. Missed the mark big time

My water was undrinkable! I have never had such bad water to where I had to order a soda. And the burger....the flavor was off idk what it was but it was all around bad.

After a tough day at school, my friends and I went to blow some steam off at Red Robin. The food was excellent and the place was busy. The atmosphere was okay but there was a ton of noise and not enough Tv's were playing the game... But Its okay it's a restaurant not a sports bar! They have ton of vegan options, which is a plus!

We went in here on a Sunday late afternoon and had excellent service by a Dakota. He was on top of everything while taking care of 7 of us. Food was hot. He kept our drinks filled. Just a great experience at Red Robin!

Food quality has been steadily declining and prices increasing for years. Not to mention that they seem to rarely get an order correct. I no longer recommend going here.

I went here on a Sunday afternoon, so it was easy to park because Chick-fil-A was closed, which shared a parking space with us. We had a nice waiter/server, and even though I was in a party of seven, it took us about 20 to 30 minute wait for our food, which is not bad for our huge table. Speaking of tables, we were seated at a very dim corner of the restaurant, where we could barely read the menu because of bad lighting, and our table was SO shaky! I absolutely hate it that every time someone puts their elbows on the table, or moves an arm, the WHOLE table would tilt an inch. And the floors and tables were VERY dirty. It's like they are low on servers. There also wasn't a big choice for food; it's just hamburgers or fried food, with some variety in drinks. Our fried cucumbers were VERY oversalted, and we could barely eat them. We also asked for a Ice Cream Sundae because it was my mom's birthday, and after asking three times for it, they finally gave it to us right at the door. The Sundae was a pain to eat because of how sweet it was. Overall experience, pretty bad for a first impression. I would rather eat at Chick-fil-A or Black Bear Dinner.
