THE SERVER WE HAD WAS GREAT , IN FACT THE SERVERS IN GENERAL WERE GREAT, IT WAS THE MANAGEMENT THAT WAS BAD. WE HAVE SEEN HER BEFORE AT THE RED ROBIN BY IKEA SHE WAS ALRIGHT THERE, HOWEVER SHE WAS NOT HAPPY TO BE AT THE CLACKAMAS LOCATION, I DONT THINK THE WAIT STAFF LIKED HER EITHER, THE FOOD WAS OKAY NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. THERE IS THE WAITER THAT HELPED US, BLONDE HAIR LATE TWENTIES EARLY THIRTIES, WAS GREAT MAYBE GIVE HIM A TRY AS A MANAGER SINCE HE WAS ORGANIZING THE OTHER WAIT STAFF AND GETTING THINGS DONE WHILE THE MANAGER LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS ABOUT TO PASS OUT DRUNK OR STONED VERY SAD TO SEE

This is from a couple of weeks ago. Service was a bit slow, and also may be the wait staff was under training or under-trained. The initial order didn't have garlicfries that were upcharged. They brought it out when reminded, and obviously, it was by the time half meal was done. The waitress bringing food also forgot to bring sauces for us as well as other tables. Overall, it is one of the poorer experiences from the Red Robins we have known.

I went specifically to pick up food for a friend SHE specially requested after MAJOR SURGERY!

The person taking my order gave me a a hard time and wanted to refuse to transfer my order to the bar where I wanted to wait for the food.

The manager had to intervene.

On top of that the registers were down and orders were not crossing over and there was mass confusion

People were being sat at dirty tables and there was just this sense of chaos.

The FOOD when I got is was GREAT -- I MUST mention that, and the bartender who ended up fulfilling my order was a Gem: Kind, Thoughtful, Considerate & a good sport w all the chaos!

I hate saying "challenging" things w/o giving praise where I can.

I've never had a bad experience with the food or service here, but the parking is terrible due to the Chick-fil-A. Not only are spots full, but the line is ridiculous that even just looking for a spot is nearly impossible because of how they block the drive thru lane. Seriously, don't even try to go around dinner time. Park across the street and walk over. Or go somewhere else entirely, like we did.

First time customer. Came in for the Veterans Day special. Food was super mediocre and fries were freezer burnt tasting. The server was polite and tried her best. I wouldn’t ever go back.

I ate there 2 weeks ago and it was off the charts delicious I ate there today and it was terrible The meat tasted awful My burger was subpar sad really. Service was decent was not offered more fries but probably didn't need any either. Very disappointed in the quality as usual they are fairly decent but today not so much

Absolutely the worst service and experience…. It was a Sunday evening after a 16hr shift I worked, I was exhausted wanted a beer and to relax but the bartender assumed my tired eyes were from too much liquor, I don’t think a single beer would have changed that drastically she just didn’t want to serve us plain and simple! She was rude, unfriendly and pretty much should not work in service. It was uncanning behavior from a staff member, I will not be returning and I will be telling people to not go to this restaurant due to discrimination and horrible service by the bartender.

Fun times with friends. My adult daughter and I had the Tsunami Shrimp and the Blackened Salmon, and enjoyed both, in addition to the Makers Mark Chocolate Pretzel shake.
Service was great for such a large table, food was good, company was fun, and a pleasant time all around.

As for atmosphere, exactly what is expected at a friendly casual dining restaurant.

Waiting 10 minutes just to drive into the parking lot because the line for chick-fil-a goes out to the main street blocking any way to actually get in to the restaurant to finally get inside to wait another 20 minutes while my food is already done and waiting to be simply handed to me was terrible not worth the amount of time you'll spend just waiting around to receive kinda warm fries and a burger with toppings you didn't ask for

We had an excellent server, Owen. He went above & beyond, keeping our root beer floats and unlimited French fries, full, and on our table. The burgers were great too!

Kids absolutely loved the kids' menu and the bottomless mac n cheese was the best thing I've seen for a kids menu.
