Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This place is gross. Smells like carpet that has never been cleaned. Customer service is terrible. Now we gotta drive 20 extra minutes for them fries.

We went for a Sunday lunch. There was a 25 min wait, even tho the restaurant looked pretty empty. So we elected to sit in the bar. Our bartender/server was Ashley. She was beyond great. She was super friendly, gave us recommendations, and was great at checking back in on us. She made a great cocktail too! Because there was such a a long wait for the restaurant, the bar section was full. That didn't prevent her from giving us great service. We'll be back just because of the great service. I don't know if anyone reads these, but outstanding servers should get a raise. 😀

My server was super nice and attentive. What I'm disappointed at is the food. I ordered the honey chicken sandwich and I did not expect it to be THAT sweet. It is like they took a good fried chicken breast and dipped it in honey. I truly got grossed out, I was expecting mild sweetness not an overwhelming amount of honey dripping off my sandwich. I got full on chips and fries, yet I left hungry for real food and very disappointed.

Really good food, both their burgers and pizza taste amazing, their fries are also amazing and the drinks were great as well! The server was also incredibly nice and treated us very well. I will definitely be coming back!

Angel was our server, and she was excellent. And the food was great. Anytime I take my 2 teenage grandsons out and have portions to take home, I know I've more than got my money's worth. Lol Thanks Red Robin.

This Red Robin reminded us of how good your restaurants are. The service is first rate here. The food is consistently delicious and plentiful
My only complaint has to do with the location itself. Not your fault. But I assumed by the packed parking lot that your place would be overflowing with diners. But that was not the case. But everything else is impeccable.
