Came with too good to go and got a lot of food for the single order. The rice and beans were really really flavorful and the tamales were delicious too. The woman who gave us the order was nice and offered us salsa and our choice of types of tamale.
(Seems like many of the bad reviews are based on the admittedly confusing fact that the actual food truck is not used anymore, it's the building right next to it which has big red banners saying Sara's Tamales. You may have to knock on the doors or just peek inside to get your order, but the food is so worth it!)
Este restaurante es increíble! El arroz y los frijoles son súper sabrosos y los tamales son muy ricos también. Les recomiendo 100%.

Very delicious tamales rice and beans ~

I tried this place through the Too Good To Go app & it blew me away. I wasn’t expecting much—just standard Mexican restaurant food flavors. That is not the case!! The rice, black beans & shredded cabbage were absolutely divine!! So full of flavor & perfexyc seasoned! Same goes for the tamale—so delicious!! Now I’m looking on their site to see how I can order from them outside of the tg2g app. I can’t wait to have them again!

I came at 5pm to pick up 2 two good Togo orders and was supposed to pick up between 4 and 6, I arrived at 5:05 and there was no one here. A complete lack of customer service. While I was here there were 2 others that came for pick up. I feel I should be compensated in someway for my time.

Tremendously disappointing. Unimpressive food that’s inconvenient to get to, not to mention that the food truck I was directed to was closed and I instead had to figure out where the nearby but unattached kitchen was to pick up my order.

This place used to be crazy good. Ordered on Saturday and got a goopy mess of a tamale. Innards were raw the whole way through, and the portions were a lot smaller too.

Got the chicken burrito and it was awful. Flavorless chewy watery stewed chicken with rice and beans that had a weird flavor and texture. I was starving but I threw it out halfway through. Disgraceful garbage food.
