Shari's Cafe and Pies

Absolutely the worst service out of any Shari's in town. We've been here several times and had to wait 20 mins just to be served water. Same very slow unfriendly waitness. Would give the entire experience a one. Now I totally understand why the place is almost always empty all the time. Crapy food crapy service. Will not be back.

Wow is all I can say. I’m a native Oregonian and haven’t eaten at a Sheri’s in over 5 years due to moving out of state and my first time back was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Came in at 10:45am and the place was dead, ordered an appetizer then food. We waited 30 minutes before the waiter came back to tell me they didn’t have the items they needed to make my meal and to choose another I then ordered another meal to wait another 10 minutes before she returned to tell me they didn’t have that option either! At this point the other people with me had food and I was waiting for food I didn’t even want. The appetizer was supposed to have chips and they obviously didn’t have chips and cut up a tortilla and fried them and served it without saying anything! Waiter couldn’t care, the cook in the back was wearing a freaking tank top that was touching his skin with the gloves and blowing his nose. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous behavior from anyone, I don’t understand how this place isn’t shut down and people are still going. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went. To top it all off you would think they would give me a discount for the lack of food and service but nope. Didn’t expect one but I work in customer service and would’ve done something to try and make the experience better. Do better Sheri’s! Whoever is the manager or runs these needs to be fired and replaced with someone who wants to try and fix these issues before they go bankrupt and lose tons of jobs.

Waitress announced no biscuits or fruit
There was only 1 chicken breast available so someone had to order fish. Hamburger meat dry couldn't t eat it. Pickle slaw at room temperature, (what there was of it)
Won t be going to shari s . Had a bad experience in the dalles also. What happened to the Shari s we remember?

I was wondering why the entire restaurant was empty.. now I understand why.

The waffle(for a kid) was so burnt it was brown brown, I didn’t even like it so it wasn’t my kid just being picky. My “scrambled” eggs with cheese were overcooked and the cheese wasn’t even melted whatsoever. The bacon just was cheap stuff you could buy at Safeway. I will not be returning to this location.. very sad because this location was a staple of my childhood. Plus the waitress couldn’t even make sure we had everything we needed so I had to go “steal” ketchup packets.. actually she never even checked on us once. I shouldn’t even have tipped her the $3 I did tip her out of pitty..

Waitress walked by our order numerous times, they were not busy!!!!! 2 tables !!!!!!! Food was cold, she didn't bring husband's milk, sent mine back told her to take and the milk off our bill. I'm not paying for cold food!!!!!

We stopped here at 0830 am. The place had one man inside working on a laptop. We sat at our table for approximately 15 mins before a server came out and asked if we wanted coffee. The food came out fast and was okay.
And how Google said this place was “busier than usual” was a joke.

I don’t know what happened to this place. Food use to be good. Ordered a northwest steak salad with grilled chicken. They forgot to include one of the dressings I asked for, didn’t include pecans or half the ingredients that are usually in the salad and they advertise for. And the chicken was the really cheap processed kind that they use in subway sandwiches. $5 salad that I paid $18 for. Horrible! Will never order from here again.

Still not the Shari's, it was before the COVID shutdown. But at least we were seated and served. Unlike our last visit. Our server was "attentive," but with only 2 paying tables, I would've expected a little more service.

It may just be me but it was so cold I couldn't stop shivering and had to wait outside for my husband to finish.

It was my first time at Sheri's in Clackamas, OR.
Dine in on Saturday for brunch.
Plenty of seats and tables are available.

The food was good. No complaints.

Highly recommended. Bring your kids and family.
There is plenty of free parking space on the shared lot. Lots of restaurants and stores near the Shari.

Shari's is dependably good food at a good price with super friendly staff. It's not a steak house fancy schmancy but there will be something for everyone.

Clean, quiet, good service and fast. I would recommend, great atmosphere and good food and affordable prices, plenty of shaded parking.

Parking: Lots of shade plenty of open spots no homeless people outside or garbage or rodents, very safe for vehicle parking while dining and lots of front row accessibility for wheelchair.

A classic! A great place for coming together and spending time with others. They do a great job of handling all the big groups of highschoolers that come in and they've always been friendly.
