All the drinks taste off compared to the same drink at other starbucks. Idk if they just use different ratios here or different ingredients or what.

This might be my first negative review on Google. I waited about 20 minutes this morning for two simple coffees, NO food. They had at least 7 staff bustling about, but the drive through seemed to be more important than all the customers walking in. Eventually one coffee was set on the counter. We continued to wait until I asked where mine was.... They never made it! So after reminding them I paid for it, they made it, and it was correct, but unfortunately I'm never going back to this location again. P.S. The atmosphere inside was uninviting, with low volume or no music at all, like an industrial storage facility with a bunch of people standing around. Facts.

September 24th 2024, it is currently 89° outside. My daughter on her way home from school was very thirsty and very hot so she popped into Starbucks to get an ice water and asked for a few fun strawberries to be tossed in there... To her surprise the ice water and eight dehydrated strawberry slices came to a total of $4. Upon her coming home and telling me that she was just charged $4 for ice water baffled me because over the entire summer we've been getting little bits of dragon fruit thrown into some ice water at pretty much every location here in Happy valley for $0.75. I called the location and spoke with Jake, who actually was the one to serve my daughter the eight strawberry slices and ice water and justified the dollar amount because of a "popular internet trend where patrons would come in and request a bunch of sugar pumps into a cup of something and wanted to call it a water" and I understand that that could become pricey at the end of a few "sugar pumps" , but this is eight slices of a dehydrated strawberry for $4. I explained to him how we have come in over the summer repeatedly and gotten the same thing. I feel like because I wasn't present at this time Jake saw an opportunity and proceeded to take advantage of my daughter and collected $4 for ice water on a 90° day after school, because of one sliced strawberry.
Star employee Jake, applause go to you. This is a new low in the world we're in.... Bold of you to make that possible.
MAKE SURE YOU'RE PAYING $4 FOR YOUR ICE WATER NEXT TIME JAKE.

Staff are friendly. Even when there is a long line, the staff are efficient and fast.
Parking: Hard to find parking close to starbucks as it is a very busy mall.
Kid-friendliness: Part of a mall, so very welcoming to whole families.
This is my go to coffee spot! The staff is always so nice and greets you when you walk in. Love this starbucks!

Horrible customer service. I bought a matcha and a burrito. I asked for siracha sauce, but they said they were all out. I asked for any other sauce, but they said they were all out, but they had avocado spread for 1.50. People need to learn customer service……not coming here again
