Consistently friendly and sufficient services at drive-thru window!
This is my neighborhood store since it's only 15 minutes leisure walk from my place.
My go-to nowadays is the Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Expresso! My two vents for this location: - The price of the same drink is at least 30 cents cheaper at other locations. - I can tell right away when they have trainees or off their game with the inconsistent level of oat milk on my drink and how they shaken or not shaken my drink.

Don't usually go to this location, went through the drive-thru to grab a caramel macchiato ask for extra caramel with whipped. The first one had hardly any caramel despite my asking for extra.. when I went in and asked why they remade me one with an excessive amount of caramel. It ruined the drink. Unfortunately, it was the manager that did this. Well I appreciate the generosity, simply giving me extra caramel without overdoing it to make a point would have been nice.

This store advertised free cold foam but refused to honor their advertisement. Please stop being condescending to customers and provide a higher level of service. There is no reason not to provide what you are advertising and expecting customers to pay more. I wouldn’t go there again.

Lady was struggling taking a simple drive thru order and didn't even offer to try to take it easy and understand what was asked. Had to come inside and still got the wrong coffee ahh.

Baristas seemed like they were annoyed. Not friendly. Vibe was off. Won’t be back to this one. So sorry you had to come into work today???
Location is convenient, service has been incredibly slow each time. Today was no better. Not only slow, but poor service. Waited in line after ordering my drinks which had a simple dietary request. Pulled up to window, I asked if the drink was dairy free, the employee responded with check the label. I am thankful that I did as the drink was not dairy free. The employee responded with, sorry we made that really fast. Unfortunately. What that really means is we don't care enough to check our orders one last time, because we know people have been waiting in line now for a period of time. Instead of remaking my drink and letting me stay in line they asked me to park. After the time I had waited and poor experience I couldn't wait longer and trust they would deliver. I was already behind, and couldn't afford to wait another 10 minutes. This was between 830 and 845 so I would think they'd be prepared for the medium rush of customers they had. At this point you are better off backtracking to the starbucks near Safeway.
