Waited over 15 minutes for a simple coffee with cream and watched them serve 7 other people and still weren’t even getting started on mine. Wish I had time to demand my money back but I was stupid enough to turn down a receipt and I have to work. I know starbucks is garbage but come on

I’m apart of a mentorship program and planned to meet at this Starbucks with my student. I came early and I noticed someone had weed laid out across the table they were sitting at and when I brought it up to an employee they said they couldn’t do anything unless he was violent. Ending up leaving to another Starbucks.

It might just be bad luck, but the last couple of times I’ve gone to this Starbucks the experience has not been pleasant. They forgot about one of our drinks the first time and it wound up being an additional 15 min wait because it was so busy. The employees didn’t try to make it right or check to see if there was anything else they could do. And then today I go wait in their drive thru just to find out that their espresso machine is down. I understand it’s likely not their fault, but the least they could do is put an employee out front to let people know so everyone isn’t sitting in the drive thru line. It is frustrating and inconvenient. I will avoid this Starbucks going forward.

As a partner myself I am sooo impressed with this location! So clean and the bar is wife open so you can watch them make the drinks! My fave drink is complicated, but this was the only starbucks I've been to IN THE COUNTRY that has gotten my order right! The baristas were so lovely and knowledgeable! When I come back to Oregon I know exactly where I'm getting my coffee.

Didn’t even get a greeting when I walked in. Listened to the barista sing to the food machine instead of helping a customer is ridiculous. Didn’t even order.
I had my husband go pick up a coffee for me and it tasted like burnt plastic. I called the store to notify them just in case something fell into the pot or something had melted making it unsafe. The barista that answered said that it was her that made it and told me there was nothing wrong with it. When I asked her for a credit for next time she refused and said I had to come in now. I explained to her that's not possible because we are not in the area at the moment and already on the road. She said there was nothing she could do. So I asked to speak to the manager and she said she couldn't do that. I then asked her name and she wouldn't give me that and proceeded to hang up on me. Thanks for the burnt inedible coffee. Had to call another starbucks to speak to a manager to report her.

Unfortunately not very black friendly. No greeting upon entrance, and I witnessed my white peers get greeted.Wasn’t very responsive when I asked for my pick up order. Was told “I need to wait”. I don’t mean to make it about race, but it was obvious I was the minority in the room.Hope you guys can do better

I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch without whip cream and Carmel on the bottom to which the barista corrected it to Carmel frap with crunch on top. These 2 drinks taste completely different. I told her no and reiterated my order to which she said okay but then still gave me a venti Carmel frap with crunch on top. I didn’t have time to go back. There’s no reason why I paid $6.25 for a drink I didn’t order but the barista thought would be better for me.
