They must have known Memorial Day would be busy they have 3 people making sandwiches and quickly greeted us upon entry “welcome to subway” and then made our order and rung us up. Sandwiches were well packed with veggies and they guys were upbeat—we will be back!!

Trying to decide if the employee could be any rider to the customers. I’m thinking no. If you want people to treat you with respect, then greet them, don’t complain about how many orders you have, and discuss with management the coverage you need to make people happy.

The bald gay gentleman skipped my order and let 3 people in front of me, his excuse is I had a mobile order but a younger gentleman was literally making as soon as I got there but he gave him other directions to do the other people’s orders

I came in during a dinner rush and it was extremely busy. Quin was alone and helping everyone at a very quick pace while still giving extremely good service. He has a great attitude and made a yummy sandwich ! Give him a raise !! Thanks subway

Ordered online hours before pick up. Arrived when scheduled and the teenages behind the counter were like, "Oh, sorry. We haven't started it yet."

Terrible service. They couldn’t make the sandwich that was ordered through the app, but wouldn’t refund the money paid to them, either. Owner said she couldn’t help me with that and told me to call customer service. Yeah… you can’t talk to anyone on customer service because there is option for that! Owner acknowledged that is true. There is no way to cancel through the app, and the store is supposed to be able to refund you directly. This owner refused, then acted like I was the problem and apologized to the other customers! I wasn’t even making a scene! Just trying to get a refund for something I purchased that they couldn’t make. I totally understand things like that, it’s the customer service (or lack thereof) that I take issue with. This whole situation could have been remedied with some kindness and customer service. Will NEVER be back. This is not how you run a successful business.

The main female employee working at 8 pm on Sunday (5/26) night so rude to an aged couple that they left without ordering any food
My husband and I both just had the best subway sandwiches we've ever had. The girl with the glasses (sorry, didn't catch her name) crafted both of them perfectly. The bread tasted super fresh. The store was clean and stocked. The service was great. 10/10 experience!

This place needs to be boycotted out of business. I got the chicken bacon ranch sub on flatbread. They skimped on everything (probably gave somewhere between 1/2 - 3/4 of what I’ve received at other subways)! Then I got to the cash register and they charged me extra for the bacon (not extra bacon but the bacon that came with my sandwich), and they charged extra for the flatbread. I’ll never return and I live down the road.
