I didn’t go in to eat. I went through the drive-through. The staff was rather unfriendly or maybe they were just busy it was lunchtime. They just seem to be in a great hurry with no customer service.

Ended up getting a grilled cheese burrito with chicken there and they're usually really awesome ended up not really getting any chicken until the last bite on my burrito so I thought I did not get any chicken when I called and asked them about if they possibly misread the order they informed me that if I had made my order at the kiosk then I probably made my order wrong in the kiosk. I understand looking at all the variables but I used to work for the chain and if your not...

For the first time in several years I'm actually happy with my order going through the drive through, I said make it look like the commercials and she knew exactly what I meant and she was 100% wanting to make the customer happy that is so hard to find and I love that she is a great Taco Bell representative!
