Made our reservation weeks in advance for New Years Eve for a window table. Second year in a row that they would not seat us by the window even though there were tables open. Service was great, food was pretty good.
The reservation was for 10:00 and the table was reserved and ready. There was a breakfast buffet that was somewhat pricey for the offerings so I went with the al a carte menu. The veggie omelet came out quickly and was somewhat warm (the cheese on top was not melted) and the veggies were also somewhat warm. In retrospect, I should have sent it back however, my dining companion had limited time and I did not want to be the cause of a late ending. The sourdough toast and potatoes...
Our waiter, Douglas, was perfection. He didn't rush us through our meal, but he kept an eye on us to see if we needed anything. Making sure our drinks were topped off or refilled. The menu is very extensive. An especially nice choice of seafood. Prices are very reasonable. The scallops wrapped in bacon were the best! We will definitely go again even though it is a bit of a trek for us. Did I mention their carrot cake? Heaven on a plate!!
