I waited to give a review because I wanted to give the benefit of doubt. I work 12hr shifts at the hospital across the street. It takes usually 13-18 mins to complete an order. I call an hour ahead of time and let them know I'll be here at 10:30. The last few times I've been here, I have had to wait 10-15mins for my order because they push it off to the side and then forget about it. I call ahead so that I don't have to wait. I am exhausted and want to just pick up my food and get home. This last time, they gave me a free drink and brownie. I did appreciate the festure. Time before, nothing. But when I get here, I just want it able to be picked up.... an hour ahead of time.... can't do that? From now on, I won't be telling them it's an order for later. May not be hot but HOPEFULLY ready.... come on

Very very very bad customer service , messed up my order 5 times it was only a 6 piece wings 2 flavors, how can you mess it up 5 times had me waiting more then 15 min each time, I asked for a refund and they asked for the food back and didn’t even apologize , took the food just to throw it away. Staff was very rude except for the old man in the back .

The Asian or Mexican girl working today is a mess ! She will run this store down with here bad attitude and not been able to communicate with customers politely!! I'll never spend a dime here again . Ridiculous!!! And the wait times are so long .. go to another store not this one ,, she should be fired !

We had a mixup on an important birthday order but Wing Stop was awesome about standing behind the order and Chyna went the extra mile to follow up and make sure it was made right with is! We will be back.

Definitely needs help here. Worst staff I’ve seen. A bunch of little kids running this location, sayings it’s 20-30 mins wait when they have no orders coming in and just everyone standing there looking at customers coming in. I saw no manager insight either. Unorganized and unprofessional. Food was garbage as well. They need lessons on how to cook the food. Don’t come to this wing stop.

If you think you’ve experienced bad customer service service- this place is gaurenteed to beat it. Or your money back.Wait- they wouldn’t give me my money back when they gave us the wrong order. Literally the entire order was wrong and they wanted us to bring it back.(The audacity of people now)I told them we were an hour away. She still insisted I come back over their mistake.After about 20 minutes of arguing- they offered 15% off our next visit, I declined. Then 20% (are we on price is right now?), I declined.She went to 50% before finally agreeing to leave a credit on my account but she insisted the credit could only be used at their store.I just went to to redeem it today- she couldn’t find the credit. I told her the timeframe- she asked for an order number (apparently people are supposed to memorize this). I told her I didn’t have it. She said she couldn’t see anything but most employees forget to tell customers that it expires in 2 months.To no surprise, she offered a 15% off the order, then 20% off. The customer service here is worse than the blazers 2024 season.

I ordered our Super Bowl dinner 3 hours ahead of time for 240. I didn’t get it until 320. RIDICULOUS. The staff was very very rude as well, they stated “it’s Super Bowl, you have to deal with the wait” no apologies, no nothing. Even though we were promised 240pm! I would have got pizza and not spent so much money at this place. We will not be going back. The disrespectful and rudeness from the staff acting like they don’t care did it for us!
