We were warned this is not a cheap pizza joint but the pizza is worth the price! Walked in and enjoyed the fun vibe. The atmosphere is friendly. You are more or less on your own. Pick up menu, go up order and they bring out the pizza. We ordered the Colossus. We really enjoyed our dinner and had enough for dinner the next night too. Definitely recommend for good pizza.

Lunch today and food was excellent. Garlic knots and jambalaya pasta, well seasoned and delicious. Our only complaint is service and wait time. Confusion with our order( older gentleman) and over 30 minute wait at 1 o'clock with only 4 other tables waiting. This has been the case last 3 visits. Perhaps some review of staffing would help.

Coburg Pizza is excellent! I love their vegetarian options and my partner loves their meat options. We love the Coburg location for its cozy feel. The quality of their pizza is unsurpassed. Give them a try!

Started eating here about 12 years ago, when the dining area was small and cozy, there was always a movie playing. There was adult supervision and presence. Since the remodel? Big and drafty and very poorly laid out. The charm is gone. The staff? Run by young ones who are mostly charmless and sullen and curt. I haven't seen the owners on site in years. I guess the Springfield location has their full attention? The pizzas are still mostly good. I order the Pizza Bianca every time and the consistency and amount of ingredients have varied noticeably over the last several months. Last week, though I am a bona fide cheese lover, there was so much ricotta on it I had to scrape much of it off. Got take away last night. It was over-loaded with garlic. I made the mistake of eating it anyway. It made me ill. In closing, I find your Coburg store lacking in good management, and consistency in the pies. I have brought family and friends there for years with confidence, but now hesitate because of the aforementioned.

Their pizza is the best. Honestly, you won’t find anyone that does it better. However, it’s impossible to call in a phone order. Their coupons won’t work for online orders, but I have to call 4-5 times before someone actually answers to take your order. The phone line picks up, plays the greeting, then plays music for about 2 1/2 minutes, then it will go to a busy tone. Today when someone finally answers, I asked if they were super busy. Nope! We showed up to pick up our pizza and there were 2 customers in the dining room. Why can’t anyone answer the phone?!?

If you like a thick crunchy pizza crust try this place! Loads of toppings, we ordered thick crust on two different pizzas and they were delicious. A medium thick crust pizza can easily feed 2-3 people. There is an abundant menu with salads, pastas, options. We came for the pizza! The only thing negative I can say is that they ask you to tip starts at 18-25% when checking out at the counter before any service. You bus your own tables and get your own silverware/plates and drinks. The restaurant space is very small and seating layout is awkward inside. I wouldn’t mind tipping the person making the pizza but the customer service at the counter is mediocre.

The food was very very good! The prices were a bit more than expected, but worth every dollar. There is a nice large dining area. With all of the cars in the parking lot I was concerned we may not get a table. It was busy, but there were still plenty table's. They kept the tables clean and the condiments stocked. Service was super friendly! Drinks are self serve endless refills. The wings were fabulous! Pizza is AMAZING! Overall this is a great place to enjoy friends and good food!
