Excellent small food truck. Easy parking by the Tesla charging station, great flavor. The goat curry is more spicy than the chicken tikka and totally yum. Garlic naan has actual garlic on it! Portions are good, we walked away full.

Who would've thought that this amazing gem existed in Brownsville of all places?! Much to my excitement, I found a great spot for Punjabi food! I ordered the saag paneer and it was perfectly spicy, rich, velvety and the paneer was the right texture and had great chew. The rice was fluffy and absorbed the sauce wonderfully. The garlic naan was so soft in the middle but crispy on the outside. The amount of garlic was balanced well with the richness of the dish. I cannot wait to go back. Did I mention the price is just right? I spent less than $20 including tip and have enough for two meals! Definitely worth going to Brownsville for authentic cuisine.

It's hard to get authentic Indian food here but the Amritsari kulcha here is beyond amazing! Especially if you like a combo of naan stuffed with spiced potatoes and a side of chole (garbanzo beans). Kadhai chicken was also good and they made our dishes dairy/lactose free when asked.. grateful to find such hidden gems in the middle of nowhere
