Kentos Hibachi (Food Truck)

We had an amazing experience here. The day we went in they were waiting on deliveries. They were out of the Hibachi steak and many Boba flavors my son wanted. His face showed his obvious disappointment, but he settled on a cheeseburger and fries instead… kitchen staff comes out to say they are also out of hamburger, cheese and fries. At this point he’s clearly disappointed, BUT the wait staff and the kitchen staff worked so hard to pull something together. My son had skipped lunch, so at this point we didn’t want to leave because he was hungry. The chef (who I heard say from the kitchen “I just want to make this kid happy”) and his staff went above and beyond to create a suki steak burger, melted parm and zucchini fries and a ‘surprise flavor’ Boba. They could have simply said “too bad kid, order something else.” Instead they went above and beyond to create him a custom meal, so it was a really special dinner. My son was grateful and we were blessed by the experience. Thank you! ☺️ We will be back for his Hibachi Steak! ;)

Like others have stated I found hair in my food. I have also noticed that the proportion size has decreased and the price has increased lately. The waitress staff is amazing, but it stops there.

We had the "Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple Fried Rice" and "Loco Moco" (a favorite of ours from Hawaii). EXCELLENT FOOD!

Ordered a cheeseburger for me and my son. It was delicious and unique, and included generous fries. The waitress and owner himself made sure we were doing good and our meal was to our liking. Will go back again soon! A+++

My family and I went to eat here for the 2nd time. my husband had the hibachi steak and I had the hibachi shrimp. We had the appetizer the crab ragoons. Everything had such a great taste to it. My favorite sauce was the yum sauce which is made in house. Thank you all for such an inviting experience.

This place is lovely in respect to food, atmosphere and service. It was the first place I ate after getting out of the hospital a couple months ago, and while we were waiting for our lunch my little started having a melt down (I think everything happening with mama hit her at once) staff was so kind and understanding, even brought her some egg rolls on the house to help stop the tears. Kento Hibachi Express is a local treasure, not only because of the great food, but because of the great people who work here!

This place is awesome! On the road constantly it's nice to get great food! Would definitely recommend anyone stopping in Coburg that's hungry, stop here for food you wont regret it...

So delish! Sometimes the hours are a little unreliable, but we love the chicken hibachi.

Wife, kids and I went in this morning to eat. Food was great. Even better - my youngest has severe nut and egg allergies. We have the hardest dang time with eating out because minor contact is enough for anaphylaxis. They cleaned the grill, accommodated what she needed to be safe, and recommended items to try that didn’t contain egg, etc. We appreciate y’all working with her.
