First the owner is so sweet and helpful! I cam never decide what I want (it's all so good!) And he never hesitates to offer multiple suggestions lol I come from Cali and really struggled to find a truly good Mexican food place in Medford but let me tell you Tacos El Paisa fits the bill! Couldn't recommend them more! Great food, great people and perfect prices

Best Tacos I've had since I was in Oaxaca last August 2023!! I ordered 2 tacos de lengua and a Al pastor Burrito....both are packed with amazing flavor...came out quick, and HOT. The two in the truck were friendly and kind. I can't wait to get back through here so I can get more of those delicious Tacos!!! ?
