We had the stroganoff and it was amazing and the warm pumpkin cheesecake with ice cream and was probably one of the best desserts we’ve ever eaten! Friendly staff!
Good food, friendly and efficient service.

We went Saturday with another couple to try this place out. The decor is good and the outside area is a great addition. BUT this place lacks management/systems/quality oversight!!!
They do not have enough staff and no system in place for a work around. Like someone saying sorry we’re short staffed and please order from the bartender. Nope they let ya guess what to do
so one of us stood in line for 10 minutes to order drinks that we had to bring back to our table. When we asked for menus they only had 2. To order food had to go back and stand in line and that was another 10 plus minute wait.
The food took quite awhile and when it finally arrived the salad and appetizer came at the same time as the meals The fettuccine Alfredo’s were cold, the garlic bread was a flattened cold piece of sliced bread- the add on proteins 1 was wrong and both were cold and greasy the other 2 people had ordered steaks and both ordered medium but they were given rare, the baked potatoes were not cooked and the seasonal vegetables was a pile of greasy green peppers. We could not get anyone’s attention and when we finally did she offered to get new potatoes but wouldn’t redo the steaks because they had cut them. She came back 10 minutes later to say they were out of potatoes. She was really nice and did offer to take money off our bill. She also suggested not coming at dinner time to get a better dining experience.
We saw burgers and fries delivered to another table that didn’t look bad so we suggest sticking to those items
We really like the bartender and none of this was her fault she was trying but if management doesn’t step up they’re going to need Bar Rescue in the future!!

Because the food has been good we went to Taco Tuesday. Sadly we found that Taco Tuesday was not good at all! We went 3 couples and we all agree that the meat had no flavor and so soggy that the soft and crispy shells just fell a part. My wife ordered steak bites for the meat , it was the same as the beef that I ordered. We wanted water with our meal and got soda water in them told the server and said no it wasn't. It was tap water from a pitcher sitting at the end of the bar.
We will still eat there but not for Taco Tuesday!

Just had lunch at the Fir Valley Pour House and it was delish. Cute and clean restaurant with friendly and hard working staff. We can’t wait to go back for a beverage and hang out in the outdoor area!

Food was great. Did take out. Can’t rate service or atmosphere but the place was busy.

Some of the worst service ever. Came here twice and both times really disappointed with the staff and customer service. If I could give a zero star I would. Do not recommend this place. Should have stayed closed.

Tried dinner this time, and they did not disappoint. The food was great. You shoukf give them a try.
The food was excellent and the portions were just right. I had the biscuits and gravy platter. The gravy was delicious! The fried potatoes needed a bit of seasoning. You can taste the homemade goodness of using a cast iron skillet. Loved the atmosphere, and the scenery was amazing. Staff was super friendly and attentive.

Several people were finishing their meal when we arrived. By the time we finished our meal, all other customers had left by 10 to 15 minutes. They did not have any children's menues and commented several times that they were printing more...but never commented when more would be available...meaning I felt as though they had a printer/copy machine in back office. The salmon and chicken were excellent as was the garlic toast and salads. I felt the kids burger was a slider so it would be too small for an 8 year old that is hungry. Also the grilled cheese would be fine for a 3 year old. The prices weren't cheap by any means, but definitely worth the cost for the food quality. To summarize service was lacking, all food was excellent but not abundant, and prices were moderate. There were a total of 3 adults and 2 children in our group. We arrived at 2pm.
Parking: If the parking lot is full, expect a long wait.
