Well I can say that I will never give this place another chance which is very unusual for me, i always give a second chance. They advertise gourmet burgers so when we arrived there. I thought I couldn't go wrong their advertising gourmet burgers. I'll try one of those. We waited quite a while for the waitress to actually give us service. She seemed to be annoyed because we each ordered a water. Neither one of us was thirsty for a soda. First of all, my husband ordered a dinner salad, which she forgot to bring out, so after we waited and waited for our food, I had to remind her about the dinner salad. It took a long time for the food to come out. When the burgers came out, they were awful their meat was turning bad, and they needed to throw it away. Instead, they were still serving it. The French fries or steak fries actually we're not cooked all the way they were terrible. How can you go wrong with French fries? Yuck. When we got the bill, I noticed they charged $8.50 for a tiny little dinner salad. Of course we paid it we ordered it but my goodness. What a rip-off. I will never go back to this place. I even asked the waitress. Are you sure it's $8.50 for that tiny little salad? She seemed offended and was not nice to us and said yes. After I talked to the waitress, she went around behind the little counter and was talking to another employee about us because I had asked about the ticket. And yes, I would have reminded the waitress sooner to bring the salad out if she had ever come around or came back. So I am advising anybody reading this. Do not go here. Do not waste your time. Find another place maybe if they get new management or new employees. Things will turn out better, but this was an awful experience.. So when they advertise gourmet burgers, maybe they are expecting you to enjoy the rotten aged meat.

Found 5 long hairs in our 1 shake and then the waiter had the audacity to blame us for the hairs. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go again.

I understand being shortstaffed and stuff so the wait wasn't a problem. We got a strawberry shake while waiting for our food and within 5 minutes we found 5 hairs in our shake. After telling the waitress she tried to say it looked alot like my own hair. Check your food before serving please.
