El Tapatio Reviews
$40 for two super nachos and a small bloody Mary that taste like tomato soup only. I do know that we asked for extra on the two nachos so that would’ve been 2.50 more a piece. However $40 is a little outrageous for two and a small bloody Mary That I had to add extra to at home. This is not the first time that we’ve been overcharged, last time I called and I got $10 back….. this time they can keep it and we just will not be going back.
The service was good and the waitress was really friendly and warm but the food was way too salty and even though I asked for corn tortillas I was brought flour. Portion sizes and ratios were off as well. I was hopeful I had found a new good spot but ended up disappointed.
Great food , great family business!

El Tapatio is a small, quaint restaurant with very good food that offers fantastic Chile relleno, rice, and beans. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is extremely friendly. The restaurant is family-run, which adds a warm touch to the experience. Customers can enjoy a good selection of beer, and there is likely a bar on the premises. The food is authentic Mexican, with options like tamale, enchilada, carne asada, and various types of shredded or ground beef and chicken. The salsa and chips are of good quality, not the fake kind. Prices are fair for the portion sizes, and the beer is always cold. The restaurant has a convenient parking lot. Despite some recent issues with additional fees on debit card bills due to a change in the card processing company, visitors still find El Tapatio to be a very enjoyable place for great food, good service, and a friendly atmosphere.
