I find it ridiculous that I can place an online order and it takes over an hour of me sitting at the store for it to finish. Then to top it off the server is rude about it. Sad I wasted my money at this point I don’t even want the food. Do not have an ordering option if it takes well over an hour to make 2 sandwiches. I ordered over 30 minutes before I got to the store in hopes of pickup while passing through town, not to wait another hour at the store.

Waited for over 10 mins she only made 1 sandwich. Then let a local cut me online so I walked out. I have been here a handful of times and it always takes forever. I will never come back

worst service that blonde lady is so miserable when she talks she will roll her eye at you when you say anything not only that we waited 15-20 minutes standing there nobody saying anything they should just shut this place down or fire everyone bc it sucks going in there please do something about this

Brandie was not nice when I came into the store. You could tell she was in a bad mood and did not want to be there. Very short with people. Told some customers she had a doordash order and it would be 30 min wait till they were served. Terrible service. I am from out of town and could not belive the service here. Hopefully it get better.

We went to the Coquille Oregon Subway to pick up an order fory daughter who was at work. She put the order in through the app and was notified that he order was ready. They charged her account and online the store said it was open. We got to subway a few minutes after the notification on the app said the order was ready, to pick up the order and the sign on the door said that they were closed at 4:30 due to a low staffing problem. There was a young blonde women in the store standing behind the counter staring at us through the door. Door was locked. When she tried to call the store it sounded like the old fax machine static and then you call back after that and the vm says the mailbox is not set up. The Subway employee who responded to my daughters complaint should actually be fired. If you are not going to be open. Do not charge people and close the ordering on your app.

Their hours of operation are completely random. Sometimes they're open, sometimes they're not. They tend to close way early or open way late. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue, or a scheduling problem, but they only ever have 1 person working there most of the time anyway. On the rare occasions that they are open, the poor worker is on their own trying to do all the online orders and the in person customers and cashier all at the same time. Half the time their card reader doesn't work and they are only accepting cash transactions unless it's an online order. The food is hit and miss. I have gotten sandwiches that were lathered in mustard and basically inedible, and I've also gotten some that were perfect. I have opted to only ever order online now because if you are a walk-in, you're looking at a minimum 45 min to an hour wait in the lobby to even get your order started. Not to mention the prices are outrageous these days... I'm not sure it's worth the hassle AND the price. It must be miserable to work there...

WARNING! By far the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my life. This Subway ruined all other subways for me. After a long day at the beach we decided to stop here for a quick to go order of exactly one foot long sandwich and one pretzel. There was one customer ahead of us that had ordered three sandwiches. There were several employees just hanging out doing nothing (one rearranging chips on the rack) and the world’s slowest sandwich maker making the sandwiches. After (no joke) half an hour of waiting in line behind one person my baby started scream crying from being tired so I went to the car while my husband waited to be served. I waited in the car for fifteen more minutes listening to my baby scream in my arms before my husband finally checked out with the food. FORTY FIVE MINUTES TO MAKE ONE SANDWICH! Somebody please award this employee the Guinness Book of World Records for being the slowest Subway sandwich maker ever!

Staff is limiting the number of olives again and saying corporate is making them do it. I've been through this at several locations already and it always turns out to be a low level manager trying to bump margins out of a misguided notion that olives are too expensive to waste on sandwiches.

This is the absolute best subway I have ever been to. The workers genuinely love to interact with customers, are friendly, fun and great to deal with. The subs are absolutely appealing looking, too. They aren't just thrown together. You can tell they care about what they do. I want to specifically call out Laura and Adora. Amazing customer service from both of them going far above and beyond to make our experience a great one.
