Everything was perfect. We ordered the mole enchiladas, also don't skip on the guacamole. They make it fresh at your table! The service was top shelf, the food was top shelf. Also grab yourself one of those La Jefe margaritas! Delicious!

We had an incredible dining experience at Casa Lola! From the moment we arrived, the welcoming and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The ambience is warm and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a memorable meal.

For our dishes, I tried the Mar y Tierra, absolutely outstanding, with flavors that truly transported us to Mexico. We also ordered Aguachile, which was fresh, spicy, and perfectly executed. My wife enjoyed the Enchiladas de Mole, and I couldn't resist trying her dish it was rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

The service was exceptional throughout our visit; the staff was attentive, genuine, and eager to ensure we had a great experience. Everything from the food to the atmosphere and service exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommend Casa Lola for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine with a welcoming vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Really good food. Friendly staff. Everything tasted fresh. Really liked the Camarones a la diabla, only would recommend a bit more rice.

UPDATE: came here for a drink and we ordered the espiritu santo island. Very refreshing drink, sweet with coconut and pineapple. Chips and pico de gallo are light and crispy with great flavor. The owner is very personable and welcoming!

Great food, delicous and beautifully plated. Wasnt a fan of their salsa as i dont like mine as chunky. Also, verde sauce is very spicy so make sure to get sour cream on the side! Water came with no ice which was a bummer and the waitress never checked in on us, food made up for that. A little expensive but brunch prices were reasonable!

We came in on a Sunday night. Took awhile to get our drinks but they were very delicious.

I ordered the birria tacos and was disappointed when they came out. They were not your typical birria tacos. I had to ask to get the consume on the side and the tacos themselves were dry with only cilantro and onions on a regular corn tortilla.

I ordered something to go for my partner and when I got home we realized that the rice was missing. So it was just the beef in verde sauce - no rice. Very disappointing

The staff was very friendly overall and I liked the atmosphere of the space. The food was very underwhelming.

Amazing restaurant and right off the bat, the service was phenomenal, very detailed and attentive. The food as a 10/10 and my family and I highly recommend, especially if you want to indulge in authentic Mexican City flavors. (Si viene de la Ciudad de México les dara nostalgia comiendo aqui. Pero tambien se sentirán en casa!)

We're lucky to have so many good Mexican food restaurants in our area. They come in a wide range of presentations with different target audiences. I've tried many of them in the Cornelius/Hillsboro area and I like Casa Lola the best, especially when I reminisce about the food I had in Guadalajara and San Miguel de Allende Mexico on vacation. Casa Lola's kitchen produces delicious, gourmet-quality Mexican food that, yes, is a bit more expensive but it's worth every dollar. The restaurant in Cornelius is big, but it's cozy and service is efficient and helpful. We recently brought a friend from Mexico City to have dinner with us and she was excited and impressed with the items on the menu which reminded her of home. Try the posole, the cerviche, the soft tacos, the chicken dishes. They are all excellent!

The restaurant is clean well decorated and has great ambiance. Awesome drinks. The service is fast, friendly happy and has a great energy. I came here one time and they had just a fantastic singer and dance instrucror complimentary. My wife and I had the best time and we were super impressed. This is one of my favorite spots!!
