For me the Cornelius DB is my favorite coffee place as the baristas they hire are very friendly & top notched, once they get to know you it makes going there all the more fun & enjoyable. As for mistakes yes once in a while it happens ( for me only 3 in one year) and if it happens an you don't notice right away they will do you right on your next trip though... Also kindness to your barista goes along way on the days they are working extra fast & hardbecause they got slammed or are short handed because someone calls in sick....

Some of the baristas at this location one in particular long hair in pony tail wears her sunglasses on the tip of her nose needs to be retrained in customer service when you first don’t read the order correctly then proceeds to make the drink and when she has to remake it or pour it into the correct size cup make the customer wait 15 more minutes because she’s pissed bc she didn’t read the order correctly.. sorry honey your in the wrong!! Not the customer this time. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this one barista also.

Kid-friendliness: They have "kid" sized drinks. The Not So Hot (hot chocolate) is a favorite.
