Some of the baristas at this location one in particular long hair in pony tail wears her sunglasses on the tip of her nose needs to be retrained in customer service when you first don’t read the order correctly then proceeds to make the drink and when she has to remake it or pour it into the correct size cup make the customer wait 15 more minutes because she’s pissed bc she didn’t read the order correctly.. sorry honey your in the wrong!! Not the customer this time. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this one barista also.

first lady to take my order (white beanie), stared at me in awkward silence after i gave her my order. told her i had the app, and waited 10 minutes for a drink (there was no line), got our drink wrong. went around again, second lady apologized and remade drink for free :)).

Twice in last week and a half I was the second car and both the girl taking the order as well as the one at the window chatted up their "friend" even after taking the order AND getting their coffee. When I got to the window a GOOD 5-7 minutes later (and only loudly asking "are you FREAKING kidding me?") I suggested that if they want to visit with their friends, instead of holding the rest of us up while they're blah blahing, they instead have them go to their walk up window where they can chat as long as they want.You can imagine how furious I was when it happened AGAIN about a week later clearly demonstrating that not a single F was given about about holding up the line unnecessarily. It's clearly obvious that at least 2 of the morning shift crew feel their time is more important than mine. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I'll literally drive out of my way to go to Starbucks now on the way to work before running the risk of ruining my morning watching them chit chat and giggle while I sit there WAITING 5-10 minutes add'l for no reason. Then the audacity to ask if "preferred tip okay?" is off the charts! I hope the girls that don't make this their career get it together before working a real job. Otherwise they'll be surprised when their boss fires their entitled butts.

One thing about the Cornelius Dutch Bros is they know how to make a damn drink. It is soooo rare for their drinks to be a miss but you know, everyone has their days. Regardless, I love this location. Nicest people. Greatest drinks and the fastest location I can think of. I live a minute away from the FG location but I’d rather drive 6x more to get nicer people and a better tasting drink. I’ve been to so many locations over the past few years but I have yet to find someone that compares to this location.

Absolute FAIL!!!Even the corporate level, just form letter reply emailI guess being an employee here allows you to talk s%!? about the customer, in ear shot, and have no expectation that what you say will have any accountability towards you.It only takes 1 person to ruin a day. Well, nameless boy, your actions cost the company the dedication of a customer of over 15 years.
