A little weird that their front door is locked and there's no sign explaining; I guess they just want you to order for curbside. Otherwise everything's fresh and they had my order ready before I could walk across the parking lot - freaky fast, just like they advertise.
Generally we have a good experience at this Jimmy Johns which is why this review is not one star. Today was a disappointing experience. One in our party was trying to order the box lunch that is a meal deal with a sandwich, chips, cookie AND a pickle. It was not an option on the app, so I ordered our other two sandwiches and pickle in the app and went inside to order the box lunch. I tried to order the box inside but apparently failed because the box came out with only chips inside...
