This place has possibly the most unmotivated, unhappy, rude individuals that I have met. Miss after miss with this food for over a year now. Almost always too little food in the drive through, not to mention how rushed you are when ordering. Its honestly an accomplishment on how consistent they mess up chow Mein or the fried rice whether its too much vegetables or no veggies at all. Definitely recommend to just stop by the Fred Meyer next door and buy their food, because I’m sure you’ll find a lot more bearable people/food there.

Went through the drive thru told them twice to make sure there was "teriyaki sauce" for the "teriyaki chicken" was assured there would be then check the bag no teriyaki sauce had to then go inside and wait for 5 minutes at the register again not line they are not doing anything except visting with eachother finally get my sauce get home and my second plate on the order was skimpted little to no entries and barely any chow mein the teriyaki sauce thing has happened the last 6 times I've gone or ordered it you need new employees or to get your act together

My family and I went through drive thru and the customer service was just horrible. Cashier (Arely name on receipt) was just rude. Never said thank you, when food was handed to me before I can check my bag she said sauce is in the bag and shut the window. So unprofessional and unfriendly.

Me and mynwife went in to this location order are food went to go go and pay and they said sorry we don't expect $100 dollar bills and we can't even brake it if we could there is not 1 sign in that while store that says sorry we don't take larger bills so we left then I walked back inside to ask for a corporate phone number just to see them taking the food out for are order and dump it back in there hot case shrimp with chicken and also beef all cross contaminated at this point I have reached out to the corporate offices

I so excited to have Panda for lunch, made my order of a plate chow main, orange chicken, chicken teriyaki an order of egg rolls an order of cheese rangoon and large raspberry fuse tea. Got home come to I never got my order of cheese Rangoon was very disappointed and choose not to go back to ask for it . Disappointed of workers and Panda express.
Stop in for lunch. Stood in line watching the crew serve customers in front of me. They served portions so high it was hard to close the lids. My wife and I order but we only got half portions. I surmise that it was because we were not Hispanic as the crew was. Didn't get enough to fill me up. Sad statement for the chain.

Do not ever go here past 8 pm because they will be out of food. Tonight I was told there was only 1 order of shrimp and they "can't make more because the fryers are down". Then I settled on something else and then they said they "were out of white rice and noodles". This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. This place needs to get it together. In my opinion if you go there late they say things are broken or they are out because they do not want to make more close to closing time. I have never had this issue at any other location but cornelius. Bad buisness.

This place always seems super duper busy, so I never bothered going. But, I was I'm the mood so I went. There is a wait through drive through. It was worth it. On top of it I had a girl at the window, who was the sweetest person ever. Wish I'd gotten her name. She was so ecstatic that I'd given her a tip and so appreciative. Panda Express, you should allow your employees to take tips and keep a tip jar next to the window. They work their bums off!

I would really recommend NOT wasting your money at this location and definitely NOT going through the drive through here.
Friday evening I ordered a Bigger plate at the drive up, with Rice and 3 side orders, which were supposed to be 2 orders of Beijing beef and 1 order of Black pepper steak. What I got was about a one-half order of beijing beef and about one-half order of Black pepper steak - for which I paid a premium of an extra $1.50! The 2 HALF ORDERS of beef each had about 6 small pieces of beef in it and no vegetables, along with about 1 1/2 cups of rather bland l fried rice. When I got home I was absolutely astounded at the cheapness of this meal that I just paid $12 for. Absolutely pitiful. I recommend not going to this location at all but when you're hungry, you're hungry. Some people don't know that SOME Panda express locations used to actually give you a decent amount of food, but not this one! It seems they know how to skimp the portions to increase profits! Another thing - the beijing beef used to actually be a fairly decent quality of fried beef. Now it's just some soggy sweet fried thing that doesn't taste like it used to.
I can tell you one thing for sure - if Mandarin China in Forest Grove ever opens back up, just go there instead! The food is MUCH better, and you get three times the food for the same price. You can thank me later.
