When ordering to person waiting on us was so busy talking and laughing with others on her ear piece and across the room it was hard to order and understand her. The bathroom floor was pretty wet. The tables were not clean. The workers were busy chatting and visiting instead of cleaning the floors and tables.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. After being told it would be an 8-minute wait for chow mein, we waited nearly 20 minutes in 95-degree heat with a toddler in the car. When I went inside to check, an employee named Isabella rudely inserted herself into the conversation with a completely unprofessional and condescending attitude. She was not helpful, not apologetic, and spoke to me as if I was a problem rather than a paying customer simply asking for an update. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior. Delays happen — but treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable.

Horrible customer service by ELIZABETH. Went through drive-through and didn’t take long to order at all, was rushed the whole time and giving the worse attitude for no reason. I usually don’t write reviews either but I have never been treated so badly in a drive-through for no reason. Gave me my money back and threw it at me so some change dropped, was slamming the window and being totally disrespectful. Again her name was ELIZABETH, horrible employee. Maybe unhappy with where she works or with her life in general, doesn’t justify the way she treats people bad.

I went through the drive-through, and I was the only person there—no one was inside the lobby either. The girl who took my order rushed me the entire time. When I got to the window, I asked for some teriyaki sauce, and she said, “There’s already some in the bag.” I checked, and there wasn’t any teriyaki sauce. I asked, “Can I please get one?” and she opened the window and just threw it into my car.

She seemed very irritated, and I don’t understand why. I only ordered two items, but it takes a moment to look over the menu. I’m sorry if she was in a rush, but I should be able to take my time deciding how to spend my money—especially when I’m the only person in the drive-through. I could understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t at all. I believe her name was Xitlaly G.

Food was good. Customer service through drive thru was NOT good. We was helped by Perla, super rude, rushing couldn’t even give me a few seconds to order without constantly getting cut off like she was on crack or super bad ADHD or something. Says total for my order was $12 EVEN paid and was actually $14 and some change. Very rude. First time here and last time.

Horrible service! Husband and I went in to order to go. They were low on super greens and mushroom chicken so they told us wait time would be 8 minutes, which we were totally okay with. 15 minutes later they said they were just waiting on teriyaki chicken. When we ordered they had a full pan of it (and said we only had to wait for the greens and mush chk) Then 25 minutes after we ordered they told us they were just waiting on sesame chicken, which again they had when we ordered and said we only needed to wait 8 minutes for the mushroom chicken and the greens. We watched numerous people go through drive through, numerous online order pick ups, while we waited a total of 35 minutes!! When I asked (the manger I think) why we had to wait for ALL items when everything was ready except the 2 items she then rolled her eyes, ignored me and turned away. I bought Rangoons and they were soggy and cold because of how long we had to wait. No apologies, just rude customer service. Super frustrating.

I think that after waiting in line for over 15 minutes to order and you get your order this half way full maybe nay the best experience. Don’t know if I will be coming back but if I do, I will make sure I check my food before driving away.
