We ordered 2 burgers, one cheese burger. The first time it came out with no lettuce, tomato or pickles, we also ordered the garlic. They can cheeseburger with extra onions. It did not have any onions. And it was dry, we sent both back next ones. The uh, cheeseburger. Did not have a burger Patty on it. I'm supposed to have to send it back. The bacon cheeseburger had no onion on it like we requested. We had to send both of them back 3 times when we got the the third one. My bacon cheeseburger with garlic butter, had no garlic butter on it whatsoever. We will never be back

Friendly folks but I ordered an orange cream slush and was given a pink drink that tasted... kind of like orange. It was fine but not what I ordered. Staff was very nice and offered to remake but I was overheating lol. Other than this one time my family had been coming here for years and it's pretty decent

I had a mobile order (only way to get the 1/2 price drinks now) I followed instructions and pulled into the stall marked for mobile orders. I attempted to put the number in the app and was given an error for invalid stall number. I pulled into the regular stall and told them what was wrong and my name. I waited 15 minutes and nothing. Finally I called again and waiting another 10 min before my food came. I was then informed that the stall numbers were installed but have never worked they have no signs telling you what to do and a “sorry for the wait”. So much for mobile ordering because the stall next to me ordered and received their items long before I did. Anyway if you want to wait 25 minutes for a medium soda and a grilled cheese this is the place to go!

I ordered the chicken burger, and it was very dry and overly crunchy. My husband had the chicken tenders and had the same experience. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue, which is why I felt compelled to leave a review. While I usually have good experiences at Sonic, this particular location really needs to improve its quality control. Also, when we drove by, the place looked closed. We actually had to double-check the operating hours to be sure they were open.
My burger was delivered with only bread and meat, nothing else. I didn't think I would have to check a burger for the basics before driving away. Absolute waste of money, especially with Burger King right around the corner.

Was as if we were bothering the employees by being there ordering, The burger that was supposed to come loaded and sauced, not dried up and lacked luster like McDonald's cheap food.
1 mint and 2 napkins is all they would give. Even though there were 2 people. There was a young lady at the cash register who helped us. When we got there, she was very professional and courteous. It was my first experience at a sonic, I was stoked. But I think for the price, a Wendy's or a BK will shine bright in comparison. Sorry if the review sounds negative, not my intention. If you don't have 40 minutes to wait on a burger n fry, I'd suggest something else.
