Horrible customer service. Have been a regular here for a while and always get grilled onions, tonight i asked for them and when I got home they were raw. When my husband called to let them know, they told us to bring the food back and they would give us grilled onions. Drove back and got "new food" only to open the bag and have no tots. Went back to get a refund at this point as it's not that hard to get a simple request correct. When talking to the "manager" she was extremely rude and standoffish. She proceeds to tell me "there not supposed to make grilled onions" and we need to be more specific. Never have i been told this to from ANY location. I have been a manager at fast food before and would never allow someone so rude to customers to be an employee.

Asked for an unhealthy amount of extra Reese’s in my Sonic Reese’s Blast. I got exactly what I ordered and I definitely feel sick now. 10/10 would recommend.

Drive thru service was terrible. The entitlement and bad professionalism she displayed was beyond uncalled for. She refused to resolve an easy payment problem and give my kids their food. I will be filing a BBB complaint.

Went to sonic this evening to buy my family of 7 dinner spent $61.57 and the customer service was TRASH! Parked in one of the stalls to place my order. The person taking the order was extremely rude and sounded irritated. The car hop Juniper who brought me my food was very nice and friendly though.

Waited in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes and no service. Came inside to be greeted with a ring bell when ready to order. Rang it three times, employees looked at me and never helped. What is going on here????!?

I had a small vanilla shake from here that a small amount of that bad base metallic powder substance which was hard to distinguish because of the small amount. It did give my stomach a bit of a sickening feeling that did pass quickly.

Just drove to the drive-thru, and I asked the Burnett older lady working in there, I asked for a handful of ketchup, she proceeds to hand me a napkin full of busted open ketchup packets. I didn't realize they were open until all the ketchup stickiness was all over my passenger seat she was really short with me and snobby.

I love sonic but the worker here was so incredibly rude why be like that at all no one was being rude to you. I’m a service worker and the people here are unbearable for no reason. I work a job too - get over yourself.
