This Cornelius Starbucks has changed a lot in the past few years. Like most of them - a lot of turnover. Couldn’t seem to get any type of familiarity there with staff…as in - they never learn your drink if you’re a regular….they don’t seem to care about it- just going through the motions. At least they don’t blast the AC in winter anymore

Honestly.. Starbucks is quite ordinary. Coffee is so-so. I tried the new Maple Chicken biscuit sandwich. Not 2 impressed.

Mohamed leads a great team at the Cornelius Starbucks and is so kind to my daughter!It is also one of the only places that not only has nutritious breakfast, they open at 5 a.m. on the weekdays to Crystal's smiling face. They also don't close until 7:30 p.m.Danelle also whips up my complicated Nitro Cold Brew combinations perfectly every day!#Teamworkmakesthedreamwork

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Lately coffees have lacked they are watered down and over priced maybe it’s the turn around of baristas ? I’m grossed out by my drinks and do not enjoy them anymore after 10 plus years of coming to this Starbucks. So sad ..
Came here to kill a few minutes before an appointment. Other than it being a tad too cold for me inside, the decor was pleasant. The barista that took our order was friendly and didn't push any extra sales.The vanilla bean blended cream frappe was very light on the vanilla, and was basically just a sweet cream. Fine, but not what I was expecting.All in all it's a Starbucks, and it feels like a Starbucks.
Parking: Shared parking with multiple stores, but there is plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There was indeed a wheelchair ramp.

I always go to this specific Starbucks and will drive out of my way to do so. The baristas are always so friendly and kind. They’re the reason I continuously go here and will continue to do so. WONDERFUL customer service! I’d give more stars if I could!!

All of the drive thru employees were sweet and charismatic, but Jennifer was extremely rude and pushy. My experience would’ve been a 10/10 but she ruined it.

The drive thru wait was 5 minutes before we could order. And once we got to the pickup window we waited another 3 minutes. Long time for a simple drink. The car ahead had a few people and they seemed clueless on how or what to order. As it turns out when we got to the window, the Starbucks employee told us it was HER family visiting. Come on lady take the conversation outside of the drive thru line where you are supposed to expedite service.

Wow. I live less than a minute from this location and typically go out of my way to avoid this store.By far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. My order is always wrong, they are out of a lot of their items often and the staff are incredibly rude.Literally as I am writing this, they handed me the wrong drink… couldn’t make this up!
